Thanks for helping make my graduation memorable

Ordered a diploma frame last June since they were the official vendor for my school. It’s now the following March and I still don’t have it. Have attempted to follow up REPEATEDLY over the last 6 months. Was told it allegedly shipped but they can’t even provide me with any tracking numbers or evidence. All I want is a refund but I keep getting the runaround. These people should absolutely be ashamed of themselves.

This has been the absolute worst experience when it comes to ordering announcements. DO NOT use this company!!!! I Ordered my daughters graduation announcements on 3/17/23 and paid an extra $30 for 2 day shipping. When you place an order thru Balfour this is the company they send it to. Package arrived on 3/21/23 and the box the items were just thrown in was soaked and all of the contents inside were soaked. I immediately call CB to let them know and they requested that I send pics thru email which I did. I was told that a new order was placed and they would be sending me a replacement order. On 3/27/23 I called CB to get an order status and the woman asked me what the date and time of the ceremony was and I told her, she then proceeds to tell me that the order was being sent in and it would be 5-7 business days…WHAT??? I was told on 3/21 the order was submitted and when I call on 3/27 for a status you tell me that you were waiting on a date and time before sending it in…..the date and time were on the original order and were given on the replacement order on 3/21. I asked for a refund so I could go with a more reputable company and she wanted to argue with me stating they would just send the replacement. I told her NO you were supposed to have already sent in the replacement on 3/21 and you did not and I would have never known if I hadn’t called. She said “ok so what do you want to do” I said “for the 4th time I want a full refund.” She tells me ok and I ask for a confirmation or email stating I would receive a refund and she tells me “they don’t do that”. After saying I wanted to speak to a supervisor over and over I finally get transferred to a man who said I would receive the refund and would receive an email stating this. 5 mins later I receive an email BUT it is NOT for a refund it is an invoice showing I am being charged another $30 to ship the replacement order that I told them to cancel. I called my credit card company and told them what was going on so they can handle this issue. Use someone else!!!!!

Horrible service. Impossible to reach customer service. No response to emails. Ordered a customized frame was told after 2 months of no information, I was told the company has up to 12 weeks to fulfill the order!!!! in the 13th week I went through several phone prompts to speak with someone who could not explain why no one responded to my email, why I still did not have my order, when I would have my order. I demanded a refund - the product was shipped out 2 days after that - disgusted. Not to mention that my cap and gown came the week after graduation only after I called the company and asked where my order was. Ordered all at the same time, otherwise I will never order from them again.

This company is horrible. They mail out products that are not made properly. Then no one can help you because the order was placed through the university's bookstore. The rep for the bookstore is short and rude. Acts like it's your fault. All of this is done a week before graduation. Terrible company to work with.

This company is trash, was transferred 5 times with no assistance. I just want the status of my package TF. Save yourself the headache and purchase from somewhere else.
