Justyna welcomed us warmly on a rainy day with a beautifully set table for two. At first we had the place to ourselves which was wonderful. Pictures from the full English tea service speaks volumes. There are many teas to picked from and justyna will guide based on your preference. Sweet and savory treats were perfect. We'll definitely be back and try the next next time.

I am so happy The Flour box has a physical location again. I have had tea all over and at just about every tea spot in NC. The Flour Box is always my favorite! I have been waiting since the Winston location closing (Covid) to go again.

Kernersville is incredibly spoiled to have this in town. My husband and I shared two full tea services and a smoked salmon eggs benedict. Everything was absolutely delicious, the menu for the tea service changes with every holiday so you can always expect something for the season in mind! They even offer boxed tea service to go which I also reccomend!

Milla does a fantastic job making everything, I hope to support this small local business on the regular for a long time to come.

Wonderful Tea! I am so glad she has a physical location again. We got Tea Service to go while she was only takeout but having Full Tea in a Tea Shop is much more enjoyable . If you want to have a really good time and a calorie splurge get the Full Tea. You have to order it in advance, but they can do special requests. My Mom can't have sweets so we always ask for extra savory items. One of my friends can not have gluten and they fixed gluten free for her. The pictures are from the Christmas Tea 2023.

Came here several times with my wife. We love the flour box! We've had their quiche, salads, chicken salad is savory and delicious. We also enjoyed the holiday full tea service. Ive ordered thank you boxes with baked goods for my clients, they all called back asking where to get more from :)
Owners are still working on the interior and they've done a great job so far. See you all soon!

Traveled with a friend to the Flour Box Tea Room all the way from New Bern and oh, was it worth the drive! We thoroughly enjoyed the full tea service for two. There was a huge selection of teas and we wished we could've tried everything on the menu! Milla is an incredible baker and chef. It is evident that she pours her heart and soul into her creations. Everything about her food prep, presentation, and the cafe's atmosphere was impeccable; not a single detail was overlooked. Our server (I think Lexie was her name) was wonderful, sweet, and attentive. We would return on a regular basis if only the drive wasn't so long. Absolutely a gem of a place. Go, you will love it!!!

I recently discovered this amazing Tea Room and Cafe in Kernersville NC. Now I am inviting all my friends and family to join me there for a lovely lunch and experience. This weekend I had friends in from Ohio - I called and ordered scones (which are amazing) and quiche for my guest. They loved them too! Please consider supporting this local amazing Tea Room.

I can't wait to come back! Everything was perfect. Received some of the best - THE best - service I've ever received from Stephanie who was knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. The tea was served to us properly brewed and hot. We had such a good time and never felt rushed even though we just purchased a pot of tea to share and no food. We left over 20 minutes past their closing time and were totally unaware! In addition to the beauty of the grounds and the decor, everything was impeccably clean: everyone was wearing a mask properly and tables were distanced and sanitized after use. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and safe experience in Winston-Salem.

Closest experience you will get to proper tea without traveling to Britain. They have a wide variety of teas and a wonderful accompanying menu. Call ahead if you want a full tea. Otherwise, you can choose from a selection of sandwiches and deserts a la carte. The scones are always good. Staff is very accommodating for food allergies.

The cafe is to the left of and behind the stairs leading from the main street (we first tried the doors directly at the bottom of the stairs). The outside of the cafe is a charming place to stage a few photos.

The lattes were good (not too weak), and they had a variety of cakes (including gluten free). My friend got the peach chocolate cake, which had an interesting flavor that paired well with the coffee. The berry tart cake was a bit lighter and good as well.

We visited at 5pm (an hour before closing), and there were just a few others there.

I definitely recommend Flour Box as a coffee break between visiting shops on the main street.

Enticing tea menu with sweet and savory delights. The tea was delicious. The only thing I could have wished for would be the ability to purchase the loose teas---those were in short supply, and are not available on the tea room's website.

This is absolutely phenominal place to stop by for brunch or lunch. There is outdoor, porch, and indoor seating.

There is an excellent selection of different teas ranging from black, herbal, asian, and green teas.

The servers are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful. Everything down to the plates and cups are beautiful.

The food itself is also fantastic. I had the monte cristo as part of their French Breakfast and it was exceptional.

They have opened another dining room, so the experience is quieter and uncrowded. Every bite of the tea service was a delight! From the savory to the sweet, it was perfection!

I had such a wonderful dining experience at The Flour Box Tea Room, back in June. I made reservations in advance for a full tea service for two. When arrived there were quite a few people but we were still able to get a parking space in the designated lot. We were seated right away and not long after our server arrived. She had such a genuinely welcoming, warm, and friendly demeanor.

Since we had never had a full tea service before she was incredibly patient while we made our drink choices and helpful answering a few questions that we had. We did not have hot tea, and opted for iced beverages.

I had the green sunburst tea that came with syrup for sweetening so you add as little or as much as you'd like. My boyfriend had the rose lemonade, which I had a couple sips of. Without trying to sound like I'm embellishing here, it was by far one of the most magical and unique flavors I have ever tried. Our server brought out the tiered plates for the tea service and gave us a quick but informative rundown on what everything was.

The bottom tier was a chicken salad on a croissant, egg salad on toast with chilled asparagus, and a phyllo cup with cheese. All were delicious but the egg salad was hands down my favorite. It was light and almost had a slight whipped/fluffy texture, and the chilled asparagus was a perfect accompaniment. I loved the phyllo cup too, it was crunchy on the outside with perfectly warm and delicious cheese inside.

We had the freshly baked scones next, that came with jam and clotted cream. The server had previously explained to us that the clotted cream is essentially like butter, so we learned something new! We had both had one sweet and savory scone. They had just a bit of a crunch on the outside and were soft on the inside.

The final tier was sweet items! Lemon mousse with raspberry, a mini tart, and a palmier. The mousse was delicious and was probably my favorite of the three. I also enjoyed the very light but crispy texture of the palmier.

All of the food we had was absolutely delicious. I would love to get my hands on some of that egg salad though! Crossing my fingers that maybe it will be sold it separately someday to take home. I had some initial skepticism coming in that I would be full after the tea service, since we were coming in at lunch time. But that was actually quite a bit of food, more than enough!

The atmosphere contributed a lot to the wonderful experience as well! Our server was outstanding and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I really can't wait to return, have the tea service again, and try some of the regular menu items.

I made a reservation a month ago for today for 2 Full Tea Service and it was really a wonderful experience. ❤. From the minute I arrived it was just an amazing feeling. Parking was easy. They have their own parking space next to the house. The vibe and the environment was so warmth, welcoming and inviting. We chose next to the window. And we pretty much there for 2 almost 3 hours. It is just so pleasant. We also get the chance to tour the whole house which is a 9 bedrooms bed and breakfast. They also have a function room that can accomodate approx. 60 people. What a beautiful historic mansion. Lots and lots of charm.Tea service was excellent, we definitely be back with some friends and enjoy some more great tea...we hope you guys be around for many many more years to come and look forward for more coming events at The Schaffner House.

Just like did it in the old days. Lots of choices for tea, can say for sure the earl gray and the raspberry teas are really good. Their flatbread was a nice light lunch. The atmosphere is really nice, quiet and intimate.
