McDonald's

Lucretia and Nick are the best. They always get my order perfect. My food is always nice and hot. They are also very friendly. Never a bad experience here.

I just got my breakfast at McDonald's in ilion and I had one of the best Manger who took my order and her name is Kendra make sure yall tell Kendra that she is doing a great job and Tell her that she is the best Manger ever

It's McDonald's and always busy.Small town lots of teens work here.so you get what you get I guess

Obviously it's not the healthiest food, but after a long day I just want a burger and some food. It's good food, and I recommend it with in limits.

They have nice decor at this McDs.

Atmosphere still reflects heavily of pandemic times...slow to go back to over bustling eatery inside. Line of cars outside was none stop
Food was hot, not overcooked.. fries little Xtra salty. But red hot. Seems to still be a hot spot to go to if out and anout shopping, school events, just getting home late frm work

Friendly great people that work there. They just need more employees. Especially during peak times.

Went here around 1pm got med fries n sausage egg mc muffin took a very long time to make so superviser upgraded my fries to lg for free. Was happy with that. Still cannot eat inside..

I always love my Carmel Mocha, but when they made a mistake and I offered to pay half price they chose to throw it out instead. And when I say no whip cream that is what I received today.

The new store manager Stacie is awesome! The restaurant is running better than it ever has. Great place to stop and get food, fast and friendly service always

This is the BEST mcdonalds in the valley! It's got the best quality food when it comes to fast food. If you're looking for a quick bite that actually matches the pictures you see in the commercial then go to this McDonalds for your fast food craving!

I like the big mac's. One big problem every time I go at late knight like 12 or after to get a sunday they always say the machine is broke down but I know its shut down because it ben clean and they dont want to get it dirty.

Pleasant trip to the Ilion, NY. The drive thru folks were nice and courteous. Most importantly the order was 100% correct.

Nice staff really good iced Carmel coffee and I love the unsweetened ice tea with fresh lemon

I stop here every day for a large iced tea. It's great tea and you can't beat a buck for a large drink.

Definitely one of the better McDonald's. I actually prefer to go in when available.
