My battery was almost dead so I called Advanced. Brandon answered and said he could get it replaced immediately. He let me know my battery was still under warranty and it didn’t cost a dime. Brandon was incredibly fast and professional. I left awestruck at how great my experience was. I was in and out in less than 39 minutes. Thanks to Brandon, I am a customer for life.

Hoping management reads this, and knows how valuable Mr. Schultz is. I have been to various Auto Part stores looking for a particular windshield shade and no one has provided me with the great customer service he graced me with. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed by looking in the back, looking in the system to see which store could have it delivered. ( Who does that now a days? !) He was able to find exactly was I was looking for, and I will have it by 3pm today! Now that is customer service! Thanks so much!.

Super friendly staff!! I was treated like I was a buddy when I walked in. They were able to help me find the car part I needed, didn't push any brands on me, and installed it! Shout out to Luther who helped me out :) Will be coming back to this location for future auto parts! Highly recommend!!

The person behind the counter directed me down the correct isle to find what I was in search for and then allowed me to take two examples out to my mother in her car for her approval. She was happy with the shoulder rest, so we purchased it at Advance Auto Parts. Thanks for the knowledge and courtesy. I highly recommend

The gentleman behind the counter is very experienced and very helpful, my husband and I were trying to replace brake pads and he guided us in the right direction.

Very helpful staff always polite and willing to go out of their way to help you. I live only 5 minutes from an Advance but I drive the extra 15-20 miles because I preferred good accurate service over being ignored and lazy service. The guys at this location greet me every time I walk in the door, ask if they can help me in anyway. And don't just watch me carry a battery into the store to the counter the guys at this location when they see me coming in with the battery will come straight to the door offer to take it from it and carry it to the counter. They also always have the parts I need and if they dont they will order the part and get it to me with 24 hours or less.

I had a great customer service experience with Dante.
I explained the issue with my vehicle and he walked me through on what I needed to buy and explained what I needed to do.
At all times he was very polite. Kudos for Dante!

The staff was knowledgeable. I needed a specific rear taillight bulb. They had the bulb, I replaced it , it works fine, and I saved time and money from going to an automotive shop!

Needed a new battery for our car ASAP and they took very good care of me. They tested the battery got me a new one and swapped them out right in the parking lot. Thanks so much for the great service. This was just days before leaving on vacation.

Love these guys. They didn't have my brake pads the computer said they had so the manager gave me the expensive ones they did have in stock at the cheaper price. But they have a great stock of parts or they get them for you quickly
