Once again these guys save the day. This is the second time I've had to go in there and get an emergency phone replacement. Due to my lack of responsibility of taking care of a phone. Both times I've been in there they have got me in and out incredibly fast. Very professional. In fact I couldn't figure out how to make the experience any better either time. Both times five stars they got it going on. They know how to get you in and out. Great customer service. Wonderful friendly people!!!!

They are awsome at helping and do so in a timely manner. They are friendly and never make you feel inferior for not understanding how things work. Cell phones are very high tech especially for older people. I love watching how they help the other customers. For instance a 90 year old walks in so frustrated with her smart device and is happy when she leaves.

We had a great experience at Victra in Sikeston. Adam was great. He and I talked about small business days and the new products and services that could benefit me. And my 12 year old is beyond thrilled with her new Apple Watch that Adam sold us and got set up for her so easily.

Professional an attentive with great multitasking ability. I asked several questions about all the phones in the store an Keyajah was able to answer them as well as aid me in which phone to select that would adequately meet my needs. She was amazing as well while dealing with several customers an leaving everyone in the store in a cheery disposition. 10/10 will definitely come back if I need anything.

I lost my cellphone on road trip. The place was hours away from my location. After that cellphone store shipped my phone to this store (which was still far away), Kristen coordinated with me and she was able to make sure we got the phone. I will always remember this. i really just wanted to say how awesome Ashley (not sure her last name) was that helped us at the Sikeston Verizon outlet today. We had some problems actually getting everything accomplished but Ashley was patient, persistent, knowledgeable and helpful the entire time. Despite the small things that popped up here and there throughout the process, couldn’t have asked for a better worker to help us with everything.

During my visit to the Victor Sikeston Mo store to upgrade my plan , not only did David take the time to answer all of my questions about my new purchase , he explained how to fix my wife’s iPhone and told me if I had any questions to be sure and call him . The store was extremely clean and neat . I actually felt like I was an appreciated customer thanks to David !
