Amazing customer service at this location. Both the woman and man there were helpful, finding ways to get us what we needed. Cannot praise enough.

I was having a hard time getting my problem taken care of over the phone with the call center. I decided to go into the store for help, Eric helped me and did a great job. The issue was regarding billing and wasn’t his fault but he did everything he could to resolve my issue. Great service!

We came from the dark side(ATT) where the problem is always our fault and no one is ever able to help you. T-Mobile reps and support both, never stopped helping us until the issues were resolved. The issues were all due to us having a complicated plan and people in remote locations and nothing T-Mobile did. I worked with people in the store as well as customer support both on live calls as well as messaging and EVERY person I worked with helped and stayed with each issue until it was resolved. Adding an extra line and home internet cut my ATT cell plan bill by almost 1/2, and that included some new phones. Spectacular service!! A+ customer support!!! You guys ROCK!!

My name is Jeanne and I had super service at the T-Mobile store have been working with Kelseybells, for a very long time, she always has a smile and she's very respectful I will and have recommended her to people I know who are looking for a new phone. Thanks Kelseybells your the best. I was there previously few days before I originally had to go in and some lady who helped me wasn't helpful no answers so I left and waited to go in the other day

We had a nice visit and the employee was so kind and helpful. We came in for an upgrade and even with our two rambunctious kids he was stellar. I have a horrible memory so I forgot his name :( but excellent service!

Albert was fantastic! He helped my husband and I switch over from a different carrier and made it all go smoothly! He is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! He was the only one in the store at the time, helped us and a few other customers in a timely and professional manner! Thank you Albert for the great customer service! Albert was very helpful in getting three of us moved to Sprint from a different carrier. He was the only one working when we came in an hour before closing. He stayed well past closing time to get us all set with new phones and a great plan. He was also great a couple of days later when we got a new flip phone for my husband. I would definitely recommend this location - and Albert in particular!

My experience today was great! I switched over from Verizon Wireless, and Albert, the customer service representative, did everything he could to make this an easy process for me. He saved me every penny he could, answered all my detailed questions and explained all fees thoroughly. I am extremely satisfied with my service today,

Tony is so informative and helpful. Definitely knows the product very well and answered all my questions. He has the MOST contagious laugh I have ever heard. Seriously such a nice guy.

JP and Tony at the Sprint/T-Mobile store on Landmark Blvd are FANTASTIC! I had a TERRIBLE experience at the Sprint/T-Mobile store on West Mason and considered switching carriers. JP and Tony have changed my mind. If you are in the market for new phones or a new provider please consider Sprint/T-mobile and go see my friends at the Landmark Blvd store in Bellevue. They will go above and beyond to help you out with honesty, intergity, and professionalism. Thank you JP and Tony for all the help.
