Well done Monicas! Amazing cook. Well balanced food. Classy, proper and reasonably priced. The food looked good on the plate and was all uphill from there. All the ingredients were fresh. Couldn't ask for anything else.

This place is located where Sweetheart used to be. Monica is an amazing person. Congrats on your own place ! This was my first of many visits to come to this place. I knew when I found out it was you that I would have no disappointment. The food, service, and everything were amazing even with how packed the place was. I look forward to my next visit. It was worth driving an hour and half for lunch at this place.

This is a real hometown, Mom and Pop owned, proper restaurant. Great food. Friendly staff, Freshly remodeled and done quite well. Go in and see my friend Tawny. Tell her an old hippie sent you. It won't get you anything. But we can find out if these reviews really get looked at.

I'm in show low for a visit ( never been here before ) , looked up breakfast places so chose this one because I read it was a mom and pop place . In my opinion are always the best . I can only say this" WOW !!! Definitely not disappointed . Everything the use is fresh ..I got a veggie omelet and I was shocked how you could tell everything was fresh (The spinach leaves and all ).
There biscuits ate HUGE and so good ..
All the workers are so friendly . It's like walking into moms house for a meal .

We have visited a couple times now. Denise has been our server on both occasions. She is excellent! Everyone is welcoming and kind for that matter, the food is top notch comfort food, the hash browns and bacon are actually crispy how we like them, the pancakes are fluffy and they serve the syrup warm- yay! The prices are quite reasonable, and we can see ourselves becoming regulars here. Thank you for a great breakfast times two!

Bacon cheeseburger with a fried egg is really good..

It's always been busy (a good sign) but I've rarely waited more than a few minutes. Go in with my fiancee some weekend mornings when we're out and craving good breakfast food. Get a cinnamon roll, if you can, but they tend to go quick.

The corn beef hash is fantastic, and portion of the plates is just enough with the meals. Also the pancake option for the side carb choic is the size of a plate, don't think it'll be tiny!

TL;DR: Always treated us good, even when packed, food is excellent, worth visiting.

UPDATE: I went to Monica's for breakfast with friends today. IT WAS GOOD! The eggs were cooked just right, sunny side up without any of the yolk cooked hard. Sausage was juicy and the country potatos were good. The only complaint I had was I had not room for the homemade biscuit. I think Monica's is the best!

I was really looking forward to breakfast. Eggs were cold, sausage links were rotund and good but the hash browns were on the burned side and a tad greasy. I'll be back to see if it was just an off day.

Everything was fantastic! Large but not ridiculous portions. When I used the facilities, even the toilet paper was top notch. No notes guys, keep it up!
