My husband and I go everyday and my cigarettes went up from $3.99 to$6.20 that's crazy. So needless to say we go to another store.

Very busy patron wise but they were on their toes, getting the customers in and out.

Got what I needed

Bad customer service. Walk in, say hello, employee just stares into space. I put my item down tell them what gas I need at what pump, employees looks at me like I have a second head then lazily starts scanning items. Doesn't tell me my total, doesn't ask if I want a bag, doesn't look like they want to even be alive. I get it, I hate my job too, but I at least act like a live human being when I'm doing it instead of some kind of hallow flesh automaton that just stares as I reach across their side of the counter glass to grab my items because she certainly wasn't giving them to me.

The icy machines never work and they store waters outside getting people sick from plastic poisoning. Why do they store outside in 98 degree heat.

This gas station is a frequent stop on my way home. I’ve stopped here several times and prices marked on the shelves do not ring up the same as when scanned at the register ($10-$20 price difference) This store’s staff has an extremely entitled attitude. I went today and upper management was there. I proclaimed my concern that prices weren’t matching from the shelves verses the register and was insulted by the male manager about my purchase (because it was alcohol) “Oh, but we’ll see you tomorrow.” with several customers behind me. How is that okay? I didn’t catch his name, but he was a black male employee that told me this in front of several waiting customers around 5:45 pm today.
I believe that the entire store is not well managed. I will share this horrible experience with as many of my friends and neighbors as possible. This gas station needs much help in management.

Circle K at 3400 Pinhook is a rip-off. All Circle K stores are a rip off. I just returned from the one on Pinhook and the girl working there at 4:30 AM is rude. They obviously don’t care at all about their customers. The are price gouging on everything but gasoline. They charge $2.49 for a candy bar that costs $1 at Dollar General. I guess because they are the only store open 24/7 they can take advantage of people. Meds in little packets like Advil PM (2 tablets) are $2.89. In these rough economic times it doesn’t make sense at all to shop at Circle K.

Black girl with gold bottom teeth that works there is ALWAYS on the phone, short changing people, setting the wrong amount on the pump when you prepay. VERY rude. Hate going in when it's her working. Otherwise it's a great store but she's the reason I give it 1 star.
