McDonalds is & always has been a go 2 spot 4 a quik bite 2 eat ~ reconnect & vist wit friends & family. It's always a warm & welcoming feeling win the staff makes I feel like part of their family as soon as u walk thru the door

I was running errands with my son and was starving. I have been joining my husband on his low sodium diet.
I wanted some fries!!!
They were hot fresh and salty! Just what I wanted 😁.
The double quarter pounder with cheese was hot and fresh also.
This was probably the best meal from a McDonald's that I have ever had.

The drive thru was lined up...so hubby went inside to grab breakfast and it was quick.

I came to the drive through late one evening. The employees were surprisingly friendly... They even smiled. This is so unusual at fast food restaurants lately. My food was hot and fresh. I will come back to this Macdonald's again.

Their Diet Dr. Pepper tastes like regular Dr. Pepper. Yum!!

I have no clue what people are complaining about. Lol. Their staff is good,they always listen and get orders right and the food is good. Just like the one in Harrah does. My only complaint is the small parking lot,but they can't help that.

I enjoyed my cheeseburger and fries. My grandson enjoyed his nuggets and his Oreo McFlurry.

I mean, it's McDonald's! I rarely go inside. We mostly order from the app and pickup through the drive through. They are usually really good to ensure the order is correct and usually provide napkins, but not always.

The breakfast crew on the weekends is awesome. Every time we go it’s always good customer service and fast. They got good hard workers.

The service was great. The ease of placing my order was nice. Staff is wonderful. I love how clean the man keeps the restaurant. Every time I come in there I see only one man, the same man, cleaning and cleaning. He does a magnificent job and should get a raise. The cleanliness of the restaurant is one of the main reasons I return so much. McDonalds is my favorite fast food place to take my kids and I always always always go to the location in Choctaw, Ok.

Went there to meet up with a friend. The Person who took my order was Amazing! She made me smile so much and I was having a bad day and she cheered me up so much. She was so kind when she took my order! and when i received my order it was perfect! The food tasted amazing. They made sure that all of the food was correct. It was still hot whenever the bag was handed to me! These people are so amazing! I even did one of their surveys to get myself a pie. I don't know if they intended to do it but they gave me two pies instead of one! These people are so wonderful!

Quick and hot, the way I like it

One of the better ones around here. Can't remember ever having a complaint about it. Good service day or late night. Orders are always correct and fast. Update, I would not give 5 stars now, their hours say that they opened at 4,arrived at 445 and they were closed. Not sure why

2022: Consistently one of the better McDonald’s I go to. Wait times are generally low, opens on time. Nothing bad to say honestly.

2020: 5 years later and I can honestly say this McDonald’s is way better. I have not had the issues I stated above in quite some time.

2015: This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Every single time I go here I wait 10-20 minutes. In fact I'm sitting at the window right now. I paid 3 minutes ago and they're arguing about what they are supposed to make me. So however long it takes to make my food and I guess I'll be able to go home after my night shift.

The night crew is very thorough and has gotten our orders correct everytime we've been there. Keep up the good work, you're appreciated!

Breakfast is usually spot on. The young lady taking orders and money at the drive thru is a doll. She is so sweet and happy it's a joy to speak to her. She made my morning. The breakfast was good too!

This is the best McDonald's in the whole Metro. I'm serious, they're customer service here is so good. Every other McDonald's I've been to this year has left me feeling actually unappreciated, like dirt "how dare you come to our store and order stuff". However this store, even on an obviously rough day still provides good customer service, and as a fellow customer service member in the fast food market, I can't say enough good things about this place. Today, they we kind and patient with me and even gave me extra sauce, seeing as how I ordered a 20 piece nugget. Other places I'll have to ask sometimes twice. This afternoon you guys made me feel happy to be here. Thank you! Somebody please let them know! I know you managers read these things and the employees need to hear when they're doing good 😊

My order was not correct, but it still tasted good.

I just came from there after ordering a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit meal for my mom, drive all the way home, NO SAUSAGE! Seriously!!!??? This place has screwed my order up before but this is just plain dumb! So I call and get laughed at by the "gentleman" on the phone. *Update* corporate took care of this issue and we've received excellent service since. Changing my 1 star to 5 star!!
