We came here to snack on something, and we were very well received.

Based on the recent reviews, I guess I got lucky and didn't have a problem. I ordered a mocha and chocolate croissant. It was not busy, but the server took forever making the coffee. The croissant was perfect and the coffee was good too.
The place is cozy enough, but the music wasn't great if you were hanging out for a while.

When I was reading the name of this coffee shop, at first glance I thought it said “coffee nerd” I thought that would be an interesting place to check out. Once in Caffe Nero, I realized that I had gotten the name of the establishment wrong, but I loved the vibe and the cute set up. I was also excited to see the single origin coffee from Brazil. I prefer Brazilian coffee. I had the cold brew with a splash of half and half and the bacon breakfast sandwich. The coffee was smooth and delicious and the bacon breakfast sandwich was very good. I highly recommend!

Came in during a bitterly cold day, and immediately felt so relaxed. Cozy seating, fireplaces, and great nooks for reading and snacking. Food is also pretty good, so be prepared for a very cozy hour or 3 with great snacks, pastry and coffee.

I got the iced mocha coffee with oat milk and the iced chai latte with oat. The iced mocha coffee was delicious and the mocha flavor was subtle, which I appreciate. The mocha latte is definitely on the sweeter side, the coffee is not at all bitter. Sizes run big compared to other coffee shops I've been and a medium size is decently big. I got the iced chai for my partner and he said it was one of the richest chai lattes he ever tried.

Solid five, food and coffee both, plus a great team. I'll be back.

Great vegan sandwich! I've heard about this place as one of the best coffee shops in Boston and I agree. However, don't get the frappe. It had chunks of ice (not smooth) and wasn't flavored enough at all. The hot oat milk latte was great.

Came for coffee. Coffee was pretty good and affordable. Staff are also pleasent and the place is very pretty and cozy. Nice to sit for a while and work.

Nice atmosphere, rustic style lobby. Comforting temperature, nice sitting arrangement. No food smell that is awesome.i was not driving so no idea about the parking but easy to go place.
Good staff good variety of beverages.
Reasonably priced .
Worth visiting.

The coffee is great and the knowledgeable staff helped me pick a new favorite beverage. They have plenty of variety in seating from quiet booths, window facing bar counters, comfortable antique armchairs and even fireplace-side seating. They also have a delicious 39 calorie zucchini walnut bread that doesn't taste guilt free.

A nice little cafe with great coffee and light food like breakfast sandwiches, pastries, banana bread. There was plenty of seating when we went Sunday late morning.

about on par with Starbucks. Very cozy atmosphere. The biscottis were delicious. I had a nice cup of coffee and read my book. they have plenty of seating, but NO parking at all. They are right across the street from Government Center Station and really near the court house.

Lovely slice of coffee heaven for a shopping break!

One of the better Cafe Nero's in the downtown area; they pump through the line pretty quickly, which is essential in such a congested area. Always clean, too, which again is surprising given the foot-traffic. Drink and food quality are par for the course for Cafe Nero. On the pricey side, but usually worth it.

Friendly staff - enjoyed an iced latte - very smooth! Sat for just a few minutes, but nice little set-up inside.

I go here every morning when I have to go to the office. I love the turkey and cheese crescent sandwich.

Good coffee. Loved the fireplace on a really cold day. Great environment and good service. Banana bread was yummy! 😋
