Caffè Nero

I've been coming to Cafe Nero for a couple years now and have always had a great experience. Today in particular stood out to me because of the exceptional service. There appeared to be only one employee working this morning at 11 AM and he greeted each person with a huge smile. A great start to my morning. His multi-tasking was immaculate; he was making drinks and preparing food and when there weren't customers in line, he walked around the cafe retrieving dishes and trash from customers tables (like a legit server) and checked in on others, even without finished drinks/food/trash, asking if the quality of the drink/food was good. I don't know the name of this employee, but if the manager reads this; give that man a raise!

Good spot for a quick coffee... lots of food and snack selections, nice folks working here.

The atmosphere is really cool and the people here are Lao soo Cool I tried the tiramisu and the chocolate cake and both of them were yumm!! There is generally no space for seating coz it’s always full!! A lot of celebs also come here so nothing new if you spot some here.. the vibe here is good…

If I have a meeting around Downtown Crossing Area. I always stop by here. The waiting time might be a little challenge at a busy rush hour. Overall, I love everything about this brach. Staff (one of them I know the name Leo) always smile and say hi even tho they are super busy making your coffee or heating your sandwich ❤.

Loved this adorable European inspired coffee shop. The service was quick and the the baristas were friendly and professional. I had their almaretto latte with oatmilk and it was delicious. The cafe is very cute and aesthetic and had plenty of seating.

I‘m not from US and was alone in Boston at German Christmas Time. So i found this place. It’s so cozy and I enjoyed the Christmas atmosphere there. I loved it. The employees were really friendly. Thanks for having a good time in your Café.

Nice and warm place, original taste of Italian coffee

Absolutely fresh and open atmosphere from the moment you open the doors. Well lit, an interesting ambience filled with classical music overhead. It was a such a perfect stop for us.

A couple days ago I’ve visited Caffè Nero in Downtown of Boston, right in front of the Macy’s.

So:
1. A lot of people. This place is very busy, since there is huge stream of people, going from/to work, tourists, onlookers and anybody else;
2. A lot of tables and seats. They even have a second floor but with just 3-5 2-seat tables. All tables always busy. If you see that somebody left you have just a couple of seconds to catch this place, otherwise somebody will seat right before you;
3. A lot of baristas. In my day there were 3-5 baristas. It is great since the line increased with each second.
4. This place has a huge stone fireplace.

As a conclusion - I very like this Caffè Nero, but I won’t come here to work, to many people. But to grab a cup of coffee with Pistachio Muffin - with pleasure.

This is a great cafe! My favorite!!!! It’s located just in the vent of downtown in front of Macy’s!! You open the door, you would be fascinated with the interior!!! Very cool place!!! Not only tables and sofas, you can have a good seats on loft floor!! Super cool!!! They serve various cafes and teas. So you need time to choose from various flavors!! The foods are very good too!! They serve sandwiches, oatmeal, fruits, snacks and cakes!! All great and very delicious!! Looks everybody relaxing here. You must choose the outdoor table!! You can enjoy good coffee with lively people and town from morning to evening!!! Super favorite place for me!!! Enjoy!!!

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with friendly staff and a great selection of drinks and snacks. The quality of the coffee was excellent, and the pastries were fresh and delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this café shop for a relaxing and enjoyable coffee break.

Place was good , I went on a Sunday , there was only 1 guy serving , he was so polite and fast as he could !

Definitely I’ll comeback, prices are good and flavor amazing !

big fan of the ambience. got a chicken soup which hit the spot for someone who really like something warm in the morning. the seatings are nicely placed so you don’t have to worry about people getting too close to you.

I just would like to say Aliyah and leo were really welcoming and warm. Their energy was on point and I love it . The hot chocolate and croissants were amazing . Keep it up guys!!

Great coffee and cozy, comfortable environment. They have plenty of seating both couches and table top to work, relax, and whatever. Service is great and I hope they keep it up this way.

Stopped in a cold day while walking around the city. Really cool and cozy ambience, quick & friendly service. The hot apple cider was real tasty
