Great River Orthodontics

Almost 1 year with Great River Orthodontics and my experience so far has been great. Ever since first walking in for my free consultation, I was welcomed in with open arms. Since then, I’ve had to schedule numerous check ups and sometimes unexpected appointments and the receptionist Tracie has always been very helpful and responsive to my needs. Dr. Furche is the best. Everytime I see her she brings great energy, is always uplifting, and she makes sure I have no cause for concern by the time I’m done with my appointment. I can tell she cares about her clients, and that type of mentality and energy trickles down to the rest of the team. One team member I’ll never forget is Cara! Cara is the perfect example of this great mentality and energy. In my experiences so far with Great River, Cara was by far the cream of the crop. Before the procedure, Cara communicated everything that was going to happen! Then executed it brilliantly! And while Cara was executing, she still was able to talk to me and make sure that I was good every minute of the procedure, which brought a level of confidence to me—that things are being done right! My appointment was supposed to be an hour long, but Cara is so good at her job it only took about 30 minutes and the results were brilliant. Thank you everyone at Great River !!! I can’t wait to see what kind of smile the next year will bring!

Was referred by my sister in law for my 11 year old, honestly BEST experience I’ve ever had! So accommodating, professional, friendly, and kind! Great communication and skill with children! Made the experience less scary for my son and made us all feel at home. 10/10 recommend for anyone needing braces!

I had braces as a kid and had reservations about going back to an orthodontist in my adulthood, but I definitely recommend this place to anyone. I was really surprised how painless and (as the name implies) truly invisible my aligners were -- no one knew I was going to see an orthodontist, except that my teeth kept getting straighter! It is a great option for adults looking to feel a bit more confident about their smile. The care was personal and thorough from start to finish, and the staff members were extremely friendly. I felt like I was an integral part of the decision-making process all throughout my treatment plan, and the results were phenomenal (and fast!) My scheduled appointments were always on time (important for someone with a busy schedule), and they were always able to be flexible when I needed to re-schedule. They were happy to answer my questions and address any concerns that I had. I'd give this place 6/5 stars if I could.

I started treatment here last week beginning with a free consultation. The staff from start to finish was very professional, friendly and helpful. Being a patient that came from another state with braces already they were more than willing to continue my process and offer the best solution and price. I went in this Wednesday to get my braces installed and all staff was on deck assisting each other. The environment was so welcoming and I love how they worked as a team to accomplish one goal. I broke a bracket that evening eating what I’m not suppose to and they scheduled me to come back the following day to replace it. Beside good service they provided you with everything you need from toothbrush to pain relief to floss and cavity protection toothpaste. I must say I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to start the braces journey. This is my second orthodontics experience and this by far is the best.
