New battery & wipers replaced in less than 15 minutes. This is a great store with amazing employees!

Nice and helpful staff. Prices pretty much average. As with every auto parts store I have ever been in they are staffed at a minimum level so can take some time. But what are you going to do when you need something for your car?

Staff was attentive and helpful. They spoke as we entered the store and directed us to the aisle we needed.
We located our items and checked out quickly with no waiting. The cashier was friendly. The other employees were out in the cold helping another customer. Definitely recommend this location.

The real tall guy has superb customer interactive skills. Very knowledgeable and concerning. To him and him alone 5 stars. 4 to everything else.

This is my go-to for auto parts yeah I'm sure there's "this part & that part" that's got better prices somewhere else but every item I've purchase for various cars and trucks I have yet to have any issues and most of the employees in Galion know what they're looking for and they also have great advice on ways to save money even when you have and idea of how you wanted to go about your project and you're not buying items completely different than what you planned on going in and getting to begin with highly recommend getting your parts from here

Steve was very helpful at the Bucyrus store when I needed car mats,or liners.John and Christi helped me at the Gslion store to order custom weather tech floor mats since I live in Galion and I can pick them up there.Thanks to all,Steve, Christi and John.

I have nothing but good things to say about the O'Reilly's in Galion Ohio , a few winters back , I got laid off , my truck was broke down and my wife's car battery died on the first really cold day , long story short , the night time manager , gave me a very very good deal , if not for Galion Ohio O'Reillys my family would have been with a vehicle
