Awesome shop! They were very helpful with a bow I purchased at a different shop. When I decided to upgrade to new bow they were extremely patient, let me shoot multiple bows and take my time in making a decision. Zero pressure sales environment, which is also nice when making a big purchase. Definitely worth the 20+ mile drive from Mooresville.

This place is awesome! Getting back into archery after 35 years, the guys at Grafton in China Grove have been a great help! Very knowledgeable and friendly team every time I stop by. Nathan has been great at helping set up my bow, and explaining the process along the way. Extremely happy with the shop, exceptional customer service and great selection of equipment. There was a friendly competition on the lane and people were having a blast. I am brand new to Archery. Prior to purchasing my first bow from Grafton in April, I had never shot a compound bow before. After telling them I was new to this they walked me through the whole process from start to finish. In no time they had me fitted to a bow, tuned, and shooting.

Since the first visit I've been in there just about every other week picking up odds and ends, lots of arrows, and they have always been extremely helpful and a delight to deal with. I've had many questions, many of which were probably really dumb on my part, but they have never treated me with anything but respect and a willingness to be helpful. My wife and friends have been with me on many visits, and have also been impressed with the customer service here. I would highly recommend them to anyone veteran or newbie when it comes to archery. These guys are all outstanding.

NC archery season starts up in September. So if your stuff isn't in order get in immediately to get set up with a bow or have them get you tuned up right. You don't want to be that guy/gal walking in the weekend before opening day asking for the world and expecting same day turn around.

Stopped in yesterday while I was on vacation. Needed some arrows pricing is very reasonable. Got 7 arrows n ended up walking out with a bow case which I've been looking 2 get one was shocked on how cheap it was especially near me in Jersey they are expensive. The guy that helped me was supper friendly n helpful. Definitely will be back next time I'm here.

Brought in 3 bows I bought used and online to be tuned. Daughters bow was accidentally dry fired and came apart and we disnt know what to do. Was expecting flack from an archery shop for our bows but was met worh the exact opposite. Collin was patient and beyond friendly, and took the time to make sure the bow was repaired, and all 3 were tuned to our individual preference..took a lot of the owners time, and left paying way less than I ever expected. Phenomenal experience, and I will be not only shopping there indefinitely but will be sending anyone and everyone I know that way.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I walked in last Friday with a bow I had won at an auction and zero knowledge of bowhunting. The Darnells spent over an hour and a half educating me, getting my bow completely set up, and showing me how to shoot. They never once made me feel uncomfortable due to my lack of knowledge and experience. I would make the drive from Charlotte (or further) any day for their exceptional service - trust me, it's worth it.

After searching through multiple Mathews retailers, I was able to find the exact bow I wanted/needed at Grafton. I sent them a couple messages over Facebook Messenger. Communication was amazing. We had an hour drive. The shop was super impressive. Staff was absolutely amazing. Definitely the most helpful store we have found so far. We will definitely be going back for any more needs we may have! HIGHLY recommend.

These guys really know their stuff. They did a great job advising what would work best for a new archer, setting up different equipment to try, and getting a new rig ready to go. I’ve been a competitive archer for many years, while not so much recently, my BS detector is as sharp as ever. Grafton is the real deal, no BS, and a great shop.

These guys are absolutely the best they’ll listen and help you with any problems and not just ignore you and try to empty your wallet like barefoot archery in charlotte. Go to Graftons iven if it’s a 2 hour drive it will be worth it

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I was brand new to archery and had bad experiences with a couple other shops but these guys took care of me. I would recommend them to beginners and experts alike.

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Everyone here was super friendly and answered every question I had. Brought a bow in I didnt buy from here and they treated me like I was a long time customer. Helped setup my new bow, tuned it, gave great advice, put me on the range to try out the changes. It was like having a personal assistant. These guys are great. Well worth the drive and I will be a repeat customer. I've told all my hunting buddies about them. New favorite shop

Wow!! This is what GREAT customer service is like!! If you want to be treated like the most important customer they have then go here! A real down to earth atmosphere that makes you feel at home. They go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied. Knowledgeable and friendly with a great selection of inventory. Make this your first stop for all your archer needs. I won't go anywhere else!!

Stopped in to get my crossbow checked out because the local sporting goods store said they were the best. Indeed they are, very friendly staff were more than willing to help me even though I had not bought my crossbow from them and now I wish I had! They helped me out beyond what I asked for and their pup kept us in very friendly company the whole time. I’ll be sure to make any further purchases and services here. We need more friendly small businesses like this one.

Great group of guys that will assist you in all your archery needs. Been doing business here for years under old owners and still the same great place under the new ones. Was extremely help full and worked with my son on picking and setting up his first bow!

This is how customer service should be! These guys are courteous, not pushy to sell you something. They were attentive to all the customers that were in there. I talked through the issues I was having with my bow, they gave me there thoughts, I gave them mine, they politely corrected an assumption I made. I will continue to have my bow serviced there for years. Great store, super knowledgeable people.

If I could give them a 10/5 I would. These guys are truly incredible. The owner of the store sat down with me for a decent amount of time and answered every single question I had (Which was a lot, seeing as I am a brand new archer/bowhunter). They told me everything I needed to know, and even let me try out some of the bows free of charge. Also a huge selection. If you need anything archery related, please check here first.
