Andrew was very patient with me, even though I was impatient for no reason! He was kind and knowledgeable and gracious. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He wrapped up his business with another customer and answered all of my old lady questions LOL 😄
Super nice visit. This had always been my go to store and he was the nicest person I've ever dealt with at this particular store.

Amazing customer service. My wants and opinions were top priority and listened to. Everything was explained to me to where I could understand them. I will be referring this location to my friends and family.

Absolutely amazing customer service, especially for a phone carrier retail store.

Adam Williams was quite possibly the textbook definition of an expert when it came to his job. Not only have we had issues in the past with our carriers, where no one knew what they were doing and it was a battle to get the simplest of answers, Adam made us feel welcomed and helped us with even the most difficult challenges we faced when we transitioned to Verizon. Astounding work, offered to stay passed closing to help us finish transferring data, and did everything in his power to make our experience the greatest.

Would highly recommend this retail store for anyone who would like to transition to or is looking for help with Verizon, as well as anyone who may just need general assistance with their phones. This place is incredible and I cannot express how much we appreciated their efforts to make our experience the greatest imaginable. 10/10!!

Always great customer service and always gets the problem fixed.

I went in having problems with my phone and couldn’t get them fixed. I stopped into the store by the Lowes and they would basically only help me if I got a new phone. So instead I came here and the store manager Noah was able to help me with my account and getting my issues solved. It was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend going to this store and will continue only going to this store moving forward!

Brandon was fabulous. For a senior that still have trouble with my mobile. He cleaned it up, added apps I wanted and reduced my bill. He is the best.

An amazing staff and amazing company!! Had Heather help me out the last time I had an issue with my device. She was super friendly and handled my phone issue (powering down at random) with ease. Everyone in the store said hello as well and made me, along with a few other customers, feel welcome. If you have any phone problems or just need a new device, definitely pay them a visit!!!!

Adam and Brandon were so very helpful & wonderful. I went to corporate Verizon first in Marysville and had the worst experience. I left there and went and seen Adam and brandon and they were awesome & excellent with customer service. Very pleased thank you !!

Unfortunately, I needed to return to store more than once. It was no fault of Verizon staff. I had a faulty phone. They were so very helpful, patient and courteous. I very much appreciated the time they spent resolving my problem.

At the Verizon store down by suit shoe sensation the Verizon store down there Brandon and a lady name Shakila they are very friendly people they treat their customers with respect and they’re not afraid to help you out even if it takes all day they have earned my loyalty as a customer and I will be returning to that store because of them

Store manager Abigail is awesome!

We had to replace my husband's lost phone. I had gone online and ordered new one to pick up at store.

Abigail had the phone ready when we arrived and was able to pull all the contacts down from the cloud to the new phone. My husband uses a flip phone, so not an easy task!

Derrick Miller was absolutely wonderful today at the Bellefontaine Verizon Store! He was exceptionally knowledgeable and took his time to make sure that I understood everything. He was very kind and understanding and I would highly recommend him in the future!

Super happy with my experience at this store with Ashleigh and Erik. They were super nice people to be around. Ashleigh did everything she could to help me learn about my new phone! Stop in and see them!

Cody at Go Wireless was absolutely amazing last night. My phone got destroyed because it fell out of my pocket while I was mowing. Needless to say there was no hope for it. Cody got me all set up with a brand new phone and even stayed way passed closing time to ensure that I was all set up. If I could give Go Wireless 11 stars I would. If you're needing phone services, go with these guys. They make a disaster much less painful! They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring! Cody answered all of my questions. Cody, again Thank you so very much for everything last night. BEST customer service I have ever received from a phone company! You are AMAZING and I do appreciate it more than I can say. Highly recommend Go Wireless!!

Parker, Cody, Eric, and all the rest of the employees are top notch! If you're looking for good service from a Verizon retailer, pick this one!! The other guys down by the pet store are awful. This morning I needed a new phone and I was DREADING the task. The guys at go wireless made it absolutely painless, answered every question I had (even when maybe they were silly), sang along with the radio for entertainment, carried on good conversation, and they were honest and sold me what I was looking for not what made them the most commission or what they wanted me to have. If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I totally would. :)

My experience was great. Ashleigh got my galaxy s4 that wasn't working turned on and was able to transfer all of my information. She had me in and out on my lunch break in enough time to still get something to eat! Stop in and see Ashleigh.
