McDonald's

I stopped in with the kids for breakfast and to my surprise if they were on this morning! The drive thru was quick and the food was hot hot!
It was probably one of the best bacon egg and cheese biscuits I have had in awhile!!

This McDonald's location is one of the best. The workers are extremely friendly and polite while gently pushing vehicles in the drive-thru lanes fairly quickly. In addition, the service is fast and the quality of food is very good.

Went through the drive through to get a drink real quick as my baby was sleeping. I got my sprite and it tasted like soda water (no big deal it happens) I pulled over to a parking spot near the drive thru window so I didn’t have to get my sleeping baby out and a worker named Shannon seen me standing there waiting and asked what I needed. She took my drink went in and got me a new one then brought it back out to me so I didn’t have to leave my baby! Big thanks to her!!

If they dont fix the ice cream machine soon im gonna cry

Easy to order online. The front counter person ( sorry I didn't get your name) was polite and professional. He kept track of my order and let me know the progress. Efficiently helped other customers in the meantime. When no one was in the lobby he went ( unasked) to the back and took pizzas out of the oven, boxed them all the while watching the front for customers. When one lady ordered sauces from the display he quickly refilled it. I was impressed by this young man's work ethic. Little Ceasars.... keep an eye on this young man. He does you proud!

The Charlestown McDonald's is very well run. Pull in drive thru, place order and bam.

The staff is very quick, but the place is very popular. Expect to wait.

Always busy. Food quality depends on the time of day it seems. Order's are typically correct, which is a plus. I will always support local whenever possible, that is the only way to get things better.

I love the McDonald's in Charlestown! Their food is so much better and they are so much faster. Their customer service is outstanding and their gravy is so so much better than the other stores. I think all the other stores need to train with the staff at this location. I drive from Clarksville to go to this location because the drive is worth the difference for sure! Keep up the great work guys! You are all awesome!!

The folks on first shift have always been so kind and honest with me...coffee strength is important! Charlestown has some of the best kinda folks you could ever have the pleasure of meeting and McDonald's helps bring them all together for a quick bite and coffee in the A.M.

I have to commend the staff on first shift, once again they have went above and beyond in service and kindness. They are such a hard-working group of folks and they make everyone who comes through the door feel welcomed, right at home kinda feelings. Charlestown McDonald's will always reign supreme due to the staff there!

Always great service. Food seems to be fresh. Order always correct. Good workers. It's a McDonald's, food isn't the best anyways but at least this location makes it fast, fresh, and usually with a smile. Seems to be well managed.

Always friendly staff. Very thankful to see the manager, Dave, back. Service has improved. Clean, great food, and loving their app that you can download for free food and perks!! Always busy and very community oriented. Love how they give back to the community.

I literally waited 33 minutes after going in on a curbside pick up ... I could not believe that..

Best place in town for some cold iced tea. Order your French fries 🍟 without salt and you're likely to get a decent meal from this location. Some of the drive-thru employees are great and severely underpaid. Not a great place to go if you are in any kind of a hurry.

Austin Harris was working the register and was very helpful. Very good experience and very good kid. Keep it up bud.

Great service! Friendliest people ! The food was hot and very fresh. It was the cleanest McDonald's I've been in! My compliments to everyone working there.

Excellent store. Dave, the manager, is terrific and the staff always try their best to meet your requests. They even do a monthly, during school, "McTeacher Night" to help the local school! Wonderful community presence and supporters!

Great place for a quick bite

Love this place! Friendly faces and attitudes. If they get the order wrong they don't make you feel like it's your fault. They just fix it and apologize. This is how it's suppose to be
