Incredible people and an incredible place. I had foot surgery yesterday and they came through for me in a big way, supplying me with all the supplies and equipment I need to recuperate and they also rent a knee scooter at such an amazing price. I am so grateful that I went there, they really are the best in their field.

This pharmacy is THE BEST! Not only the supplies are great but Tom and everyone at the front counter are friendly, knowledgeable, and super proactive! I needed a medical supply and they didn’t have it but offered to order it for me in an expedite manner. Price was great and I could never thank this place enough! We donated this device to a baby in need in a foreigner country so you imagine our satisfaction! If they don’t have it, they will find it for you or at least try their best! Awesome store!

These people moved mountains to get us a specialized piece of equipment before we got on a cruise. I am so grateful to the manager, Tom for bringing it to a closer location. Thank you so much Tom!!

Wow ! I assumed all pharmacies were the same, until I found this place. The first thing I want to highlight is the DIFFERENTIAL attention from Tom, I am Argentinian, and medicines are called differently here in the US, But Tom took the time to find me what I really needed.
Variety and friendliness are 2 differentiating values, difficult to find today.
I would give it 6 stars, but it's not possible!

5 stars every time! Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Always friendly. Not your everyday pharmacy, when you walk in they know your name and are genuinely happy to help with anything you need.

I can't speak with more gratitude how great this pharmacy is, not only for the specialty medical items they offer, but for their friendly, and helpful way they do anything. Whether it is help getting in the door in a wheelchair, or the quick way they take care of filling meds.

I actually never brought anything from this pharmacy but I always get my amazon packages from here. Today I called and asked if they can keep the store open for a few minutes past 7 just so I can pick up my package. Tom said he would do it and he waited a few minutes after the store was already closed so I can pick up my package! Great customer service is extremely difficult to find but this man always goes above and beyond. Appreciate it

Great service, friendly, very knowledgable and helpful. Went in for compression socks for my mom and they were able to assist right away by taking measurements of her legs and informing us on the options to see which ones would fit her best. They even put the socks on her to teach her how best to do it, Thanks Pill Box!

From the first time that I met with Tom and Maria at the Pill Box pharmacy, they’ve treated me like a friend needing their help unlike the “other “ bigger ones that I’ve had the unpleasant experience with. I guess it’s maybe how much more that they care about YOU. I highly recommend their services to anyone who has had similar experiences as I have. You won’t regret it. And prices were great for my situation of no insurance. 7/21/2021 I just wanted to let you know that I’m still with you guys and I didn’t think that your service could get any better but it does. I always forget about checking on my refills for ALL of my medications but Tom and his crew take care of them for me which is a BIG relief. Thanks for everything. Best Pharmacy. They prepared my compound quickly, called, texted when ready. Extremely professional, phone friendly, explained prescriptions instructions patiently. Worth the drive.

Went in a few minutes before close the gentleman at the counter was quick and very nice. Easiest transaction I ever had at a pharmacy he knew exactly what I needed. Very pleasant place.

Very friendly and non judgemental like most chains and even some other pill box location. I take a schedule 2 medication legitimately now for 17 years and I always struggle with feeling comfortable filling my rx, they made me comfortable, stayed passed closing time when I called last minute, and they get good quality generic based on patient feedback and not price..

This review is pretty simple: these guys stayed open late so I could come get what I needed to help my kid get better. To me that's the foundation of great service - they went above and beyond.

I needed a nebulizer for my daughter who had a bad cough and didn't sleep the night before. When I got to my normal pharmacy they didn't have the nebulizer, just the medicine. They suggested a few medical supply stores but at this point it was 5 minutes before 7pm. All were closed except Pill Box, which closes at 7. Called and asked if they could stay open so when I got her medicine I could come get the equipment needed to give her the medicine. And they said of course! I got there at 7:20pm and they were waiting for me.

Super grateful for them being flexible and willing to help me out. They have my business from now on, including filling prescriptions. Thank you!

Just moved down from D.C. I had trouble getting my meds but this Pharmacy was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend
