Kelly is phenomenal. After being transferred from one representative to another and repeating my problem over and over for an hour with Verizon, I decided to visit the store on Marguerite street. Kelly immediately understood my issue and had an efficient solution. I was in and out in no time.

Derrick is the best, most courteous always ready to talk to me about my phone and find out what the problem is.He doesn't rush me out like number. My last I phone that I had I was ready to trash it. I had been to the Genius Bar at Apple 3 times they never could find out the problem. I bought it to him and he took care of it right away.He is my genius when it comes to my phone I don't trust anyone else. You have a special guy working for you,TAKE CAREOF HIM. Thanks,M Chaney

Been working outside Morgan City and was initially tempted to just go and make the drive to Lafayette. However, I am glad I tried (small town)smaller store first. Will admit I walked in the doors not expecting much but thought I have to make the effort before driving 1.5 hrs. As usual I’m pretty skeptical and anticipate bad service from unfamiliar businesses. Went in for upgrade from 7s to iPhone X. As an associate told me they didn’t have any 256 gb. In stock, my thoughts immediately were “Why would you have phones, your only a phone store”. The associate / technician said she would call me when they had one in. I rolled my eyes and sarcastically said “thanks” (for nothing) as I left the store never expecting to hear from anyone again. But to my EXTREME SURPRISE Less than 10 minutes after leaving the store I received a call back and was informed that the iPhone X 256 gb. Would there first thing in the AM and would have all color options available. So myself being the eternal skeptic I miserably trudged through the rainy/ cold weather to arrive exactly and 9am and I’m excited to say I had a very pleasant experience. I definitely Was not expecting the level of service and attention in a smaller town store so it was a welcomed surprise. Even after a few minutes when other customers arrived the associate made sure to greet everyone and she would explain the situation( one of the techs had an emergency and called in) and was at one point in time handling 4 customers at one time all pleased from what I could tell at the service they were getting and no one was overlooked or ignored. I will most definitely be back for service or purchases at his location in the future. In closing if you have any issues or are just looking to upgrade you will not be disappointed with Verizon in Morgan City. FYI Rachelle Theriot ( not 100% on spelling) was the associate /technician that assisted me. Ask for her you will not be disappointed.

Kelly and Derrick opened a new ɓusiness account for me. The savings were huge--and actually enjoyed my time in the store. They kept me laughing and made me feel like family. I can't recommend them enough.

Derek was very nice, and out going. He for me a great plane and even wavered my the activation fee but later to find me couldn't do it, but it was the thought. Very out going and knew what he was doing and had a since of humor. Thank you Derrick for helping me to be a Verizon Customer.

When it comes to Verizon, Rachelle has nearly TWO DECADES of experience! In a business where there's high turnover and you will likely be dealing with a different person every time you visit the store at most cell phone stores. She has unsurpassed product knowledge and her customer service is second to none. If these things don't really matter to you, then you can go anywhere. But if you want to deal with a true professional with the experience, knowledge, and patience, giving each individual customer the personal attention they deserve. Rachelle. Verizon. Morgan City.

I'm not the kind of guy that needs the latest technology or anything flashy. My old phone wouldn't take a charge or update any apps. I just needed a new phone. The sales girl was very nice and didn't try to push alot of extras on me. She showed me a few options that would meet my needs and even offered a promotion that will save me money in the long run. I was in and out quickly without a lot of hassle. It was overall a great shopping experience.

I have been a long time customer with Verizon this past week I had MAJOR issues with my phone Derick work on my phone trying to get it working while I was waiting for my replacement phone, Once I receive my replacement I still has issues I was beyond frustrated after many calls to Verizon technical support I was ready to move my service to another provider , But I brought my phone back to Derick one more time , somehow he managed to fix all the problems I can not say enough good things about Derick, he is the **** the absolute best , Thank you so much Derick for time and patients. I was able to quickly get the help I needed. The staff was knowledgeable & very kind. Every visit I make is usually something I would consider a complex issue, but it never fails every time that my issues are resolved in a timely and complete manner.
