Gabe hands down is amazing! He made us feel welcomed. He's knowledgeable, professional, friendly. The way he interacted with other customers while taking care of us shows how much he cares about customers and their whole experience while in the store. We came there because we were traveling from Florida to Connecticut. Our car broke down and had to have it repaired. While in the same plaza, we walked over to his store. We are so glad we did.

Nick was awesome to work with very patient and professional was amazing thru every step and was easy to work with my crazy schedule recommended him highly 😀

As long as you don’t get the owner waiting on you, the customer service was great! My husband had gone in the day before & the owner was rude & dismissive. He & I went back today & those guys were awesome! Stay away from the owner if you really want help. Make sure it is onenof the other guys!

Long story short... lost a phone and needed a new SIM card to reactivate an old phone temporarily, then finally purchased a replacement. Kai helped me on all 3 visits to the store, and he was wonderful to work with. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

Gabe is the man. I’m the first to get mad at authorized retailers but Gabe turned that lifelong opinion around. He righted every wrong done by multiple corporate employees with my trade in deal, seamlessly got ALL of my stuff transferred to my new phone, corrected every error that was systematically fumbled by over the phone customer service and related in the most human way possible. I’m stuck with Verizon as they are the only company that provides usable service to where I live and I despise the company itself to the core but Gabe made my experience one that will retain a walk in customer so long as he works there. I truly appreciate all he’s done for me and can’t express enough that if you are going to this location, deal with Gabe and he will get you the results/answers you are seeking. Thank you brother, keep on keeping on. Gabe is the ******* man.

We started the morning by visiting the Lehigh Valley Mall Verizon location and the staff there was not helpful at all, they were frustrated and annoyed due to the volume of guests waiting to be seen. We had to visit the Hamburg area later on that day and decided to stop in to this location and see if they could help us in any way. We can not say enough good things about Gabe, his customer service was above all, he is a huge asset to the team and we were thankful for everything he helped us with!!! Thanks Gabe!!

I came in for an upgrade for my phone, my current phone was over 5 years old. The GM Kai made me feel very welcome and got me set up with a new Samsung s23 and helped me pick out a watch because I wanted to get back into having one of them as well, great service and very knowledgeable, I for sure will be returning and going to his location from now on.

Gabe was excellent! So very professional and very thorough in helping me through a very difficult and frustrating transition to Verizon started by customer service and bad experiences in Wyomissing. He was polite, calm demeanor and knows his stuff! Will not go to any other verizon store again!

I had an incredible experience here getting my new phone after accidentally breaking my previous one. Gabe was fantastic and helped me transfer all of my data from my previous phone onto the new one. Highly recommend!
