Ordered an item on November 23, 2018 through Amazon. A few days later I was charged for the item and the status said shipped with a tracking code. On Dec. 5 the tracking code still said the label was created but the product was not yet in the system as shipped. I inquired via message what was going on to Big Discount LLC and only got the reply that it shipped. Here we are a month later and I still have not received what I ordered and the tracking number still has the same message. I have lost hope that I will get it before Christmas as I had intended. Very poor company to order from
