Joe Farrell assisted with my recent phone upgrade and was absolutely a pleasure to work with! I've been going to Joe for years, as well as referring family and friends. He has been my go to guy for phone issues since he was in the Clinton, NJ location. Thank you Joe, you made my phone upgrade as seamless as possible! Thank you!!!

Was very pleased with the service here . Andre was such a great help. Was here twice in one week one for my son's phone and another for my phone Andre helped both times. He was patient and very understanding with both situations. Long story short my phone crashed and I was very upset bc I had some videos of my sister whom just passed from breast cancer that I couldn't get I was very upset and on verge of tears and he took his time to do everything he possibly could to help and keep me from crying . I give 5 stars to everyone working there but I so give Andre 10 stars thanks to him I walked out less upset and extremely pleased with the final outcome

Let me start off by saying I was struggling for hours trying to get my brand new phone activated online. Upon arriving to the Verizon store I was greeted by Jordan and Dawn who then sat me down and Jordan proceeded to do what I couldn’t in less than an hour. A six hour job turned into a half hour miracle due to the diligent workers in this Verizon store!!! I’ve been to the Manalapan location and it is always packed and I feel like it’s hard to get help there, and then the location in Lakewood wasn’t very friendly to me either. If you are a Verizon customer, it is worth the drive to this store!!

Was helped by Ariana in store today and she was super professional and knew the answer to every single question we had and was able to help me upgrade my phone. If you go into store look to her for help and you’ll get exactly what you need 10/10

Been doing business with the Ocean Township location for many years because my office is located just down the block. But, today, I visited the Howell location for the first time because I live in Howell. My mom, almost 90, needed an upgrade to her flip phone. As can often be the case with seniors, she was very nervous and anxious about the change that had to be made. Her current phone is what she knows and is comfortable with. Despite the fact her “upgrade” was virtually identical to the one she had, albeit a later model that included a camera, she was still apprehensive that everything should be as it was, including all her ICE contact names, doctors, etc. We worked with Jordan, and he exhibited patience above and beyond the call of duty. I am grateful to him for that, and I will use the Howell location for my future purchases and service.

Dawn and Josh are the best no lies. They helped me set up a business plan and were fast and efficient. Real and down to earth! I highly recommend.

This shout out is for Justin 👍👍. He was just wonderful and very helpful with all my problems and he was very calm during it all. I am very appreciative and grateful that he helped me today. Justin, you are good at what you do.

Justin was extremely helpful and swift in upgrading my phone. He got what I needed done quick and efficiently, all while being super easy to talk to. He was kind enough to talk to me about my frustrations about my upgrade, and I can’t thank him enough!

I want to compliment Jordan for his knowledge, patience & kindness and the time he took with me on Saturday. Getting a new phone is stressful to me... Jordan's help kept it simple & understandable. He had answers & advice for all of my questions. (I also observed him with an elderly gentleman while I waited & again, his patience was admirable. I hoped I would be his client). Verizon should be happy to have Jordan represent them. I would recommend him highly. Thank you Jordan!

Our tech, Justin, was so kind and helpful. He provided us with all of our options, and listened to what we felt would be best for our plan. We had many questions and he patiently answered all of them. We left incredibly pleased with the services provided and highly recommend this location.

Craig Matt and Joshua were super helpful and were willing to help. After having my bill completely messed up from a different Verizon location, they were all willing to help and take care of the issue I was experiencing. Thank you so much.

DAWN makes this place AMAZING!!! after coming in with a burning old-school flip phone for a non-smart phone family member, she helped me more than words can imagine! Dealing with a non-technical customer....DAWN helped ease the fears and put in all contacts and went beyond all expectations. Thank you Howell Verizon....but especially DAWN!

I have always had problems with phones but the salesman that took care of me at the Howell Verizon store was the best. Ricardo had the patience of a saint. He took time to explain everything to me...
showed me what I needed to know and was extremely helpful. There should be more salesmen like him. Thank you Ricardo for making my phone purchase experience a positive one

I've been dealing with Andre for over 10 years and I go back to him every time I make a new purchase. He's extremely knowledgesble of all the products and plans. He listens and knows my needs. He's very patient, and not pushy at all. He's got himself a lifetime customer here. Outstanding!

As I logged in to write my review the previous review was for the same Salesperson, Ricardo and I am not surprised. That is how good Ricardo is. As the previous reviewer stated, he was very helpful, extremely patient and his follow up was greatly appreciated. He walked us through transferring the data from each phone to the 3 new phones seamlessly. Thank you again for your help and I wish you continued success.

I have to give a shout out to Jason at this location! He was kind, patient and explaining everything we needed in detail. We walked out with such a good feeling and our phone issue was resolved better than we could've imagined or wanted. Thank you, Jason! You rock!! I highly recommend this place!!

We had a problem with our cell phone and android related app issues. We went to the Howell Verizon store and we were greeted by Kevin a Verzon rep. We explained our issue, he took our cell phones quickly check and downloaded a software patch that was unavailable to the public. After downloading was completed and phones rebooted our phone were up and running. Kevin knew the issue resolved it quickly and professionally. He is an outstanding representative for Verizon.

I walked in the store and I had a wonderful experience with a woman by the name of Isabella and also her sidekick Gisela extremely knowledgeable and very helpful people. Before I went in the store, I had a bad review on them. Now I'm looking at it differently. Believe me Isabella and Gisela two beautiful people Definitely would recommend.
