I bought a phone from Jim a few months ago and was very pleased with the entire experience, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I went back today and bought several accessories from him and received the same great service.

Hannah was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend her to friends and family for any transactions with verizon. Will return if I need anything from verizon.

Needed some help with my phone, stopped into the Brazil location. Tim took plenty of time to show me all the options before making my pick! He's really good 👍

The staff in this store are very knowledgeable and friendly. They made the process of switching from ATT to them flawless and smooth. The staff explained every option and what the cost would be upfront. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Sam Stallcop was great to work with. Sam evaluated my cell phone needs and coordinated them with my level of expertise to recommend the phone to fit me.
Sam was patient and thorough in explaining the features of my new phone in comparison to the phone I had been using. He transferred all of my data and helped me select just the right accessories to compliment my new equipment. He installed my screen protector and made sure I understood how to register it in case of future replacement.
Sam has made no less than two calls to me to check on my satisfaction with my new products and to ask if I have any questions or concerns. He has remained patient and good natured when I repeat a question or ask something that doesn't pertain directly to the phone itself.
All in all my experience has been pleasant and productive and I would recommend that anyone looking to replace or upgrade their phones would ask for or make an appointment to talk to Sam.

Matt helped me get a new iPhone. I was having trouble with my phone before and the service was phenomenal. It was fast, easy, and productive. Matt made sure he walked me through step by step of what the process was and what he was doing. As a salesman myself, the professionalism was top tier and I recommend anyone to go visit Matt. Your experience will be quick and simple. This is by far my best Verizon customer service I’ve gotten and will be going to Matt from now on!!

Erin was great. She brought me over from my att prepaid and has provided me excellent service with much better coverage than I had before. She is always quick to check up on me and make sure my services are up to my liking. Erin is very good at her job and I will be recommending her.

My phone went completely black. I was by myself with no other phone or computer available. I drove to the Brazil store. I walked in and Matt was kind enough to help me and not make me feel dumb or that I had done something wrong. He went right to work and in no time he had my phone working again. He even let me know what to do in case this ever happened again. He was very sweet. His customer service was on spot. Thank you.

Matt worked with us to get switched over after being a loyal ATT customer for 20+ years. His service was outstanding and we couldn't be happier with the phone and internet service that we now have.....my only regret is that we didn't make the move sooner.

I had the absolute best experience with Tyler at Verizon in Brazil. There were so many hoops to just through for my specific request and Tyler was patient and guided me through all of them wonderfully. I needed to trade in my old phone for the iPhone 13 and I didn’t get approved for enough money to finance it. Tyler called the finance department and appealed my credit application and he was able to get me approved for enough money. I’m thrilled with my experience and I will forever do business with Tyler at Verizon in Brazil!!
