McDonald's

Service was a bit slow but they were busy so I really didn’t mind too much. Extremely fresh food!

We stop through here to pick up breakfast as thus is the only location where we can still get the bagels for breakfast. My husband and daughter prefer the bagel at breakfast but everyone stopped selling them near us. Except for this last time they have always been really good, this last time they said the bagel tasted like it was never toasted, but my biscuit was still very good. The employees that we encounter on our way through are always very friendly and courteous. We have never had issues with this stores drive through, can't say that about many of the others.

The workers work hard and actually care about the quality of the product. Good job

Everyone is SUPER nice, our order was really fast, everything is updated and new and they even have ordering kiosks one of the employees gave us a mint, we heard somebody training a newer employee and she was really polite and showed her what to do and why. This is literally the best McDonald's I've ever been to

Standard McDonald's with quick service and hot food. No complaints

I'm not a fan of the kiosk ordering. The food I got was just fine as far as you can expect from a McDonald's. Hot and such. Atmosphere was also what you might expect from a McDonald's. Nothing notable to write home to the wife about. Average McDonald's experience. Thank you.

I passed through on Sat 4/15 and your drive thru gal was the most friendly and professional. I didn’t grab her name but she had a white choker necklace on. I added a small fry on late, and expected her to be annoyed (give past Exp at other locations) and she really proved me wrong. Who ever she is, great work and maybe you could train the staff in Kankakee. They are the most rude I’ve ever encountered.

Cruised through here on 9/13. It was one of those Long Long Days. But...as soon as that voice hit the speaker, my spirits lifted. Got up to the window and met Karen! What a unique/upbeat demeanor. Her positivity was a blessing. She will be the same way with you, as well. So stop in, say hello, and when she lifts your spirits ...as she did everyone else...Thank her! She's a keeper!

I know, reviewing McDonald's? Yes we all are quick to give a bad review. However I find it fair to do a review for great service. I have NEVER had an issue. All the times I've been here not one bad apple. One lady was not very chipper, (Some people are not morning people. 😂) However all else supercede that 1. I love that they never act like I'm disturbing them. No matter how busy they are. Kudos!

This is the best McDonald's to stop at on the way to Chicago. Clean washrooms, quick service, and food made right.

Plus the Pilot has cheap gas!

Stopped in for late lunch, the fries weren't exactly fresh but my nieces ate them all.

I was in there yesterday and my order was placed with a big man, i pretty sure his name is Terry, he was AWESOME!! the guy really seems to have it totally together...was very nice and courteous and fast. thank you for such good service

There was clearly some confusion in the back, and the cashier knew I had not received my food yet and followed up with the back and double checked with me what I ordered. They remade it very quickly, gave me some free fries and came out to my table when we were eating to apologize again in person to me, and my wife.

Loved it. We were driving home and I am so glad we pulled off to this McDonalds! They even rang up my order a certain way to save me money! They were extremely fast and the food was nice and fluffy and fresh!

I didn't expect to be leaving a review for a McNaldo's but I have to say I was utterly impressed with this particular location. I visited on Wednesday August 18th in the late afternoon, they were slammed with custies including a group of unreasonably difficult folks in front of me whom were nevertheless treated with patience. Most importantly the food was above and beyond the typical McNaldo's experience, I don't think I've ever had a better big Mac and my entire order left me with the impression that "This is how McNaldo's is intended to be". All around bang up job from the staff!

One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to bc their burritos actually have a lot in then compared to the other ones. The women and very friendly and welcomed me in right away and took care of my order.

Very good stop for fast friendly service the food was hot and the soda was crisp and clean tasting! Very impressive will definitely be making this our go to stop when traveling on 57!
