McDonald's

I'm not sure exactly what the problem was but we only had 1 car before us in the drive-thru & we only ordered 3 burgers & a happy meal & we waited a total of 22 mins from when we were given our total to when we finally got our food. I'm sorry but that is ridiculous. It is suppose to be fast food. ... Honestly never had a bad experience until this & have lived here my entire life.

Pretty quick service inside the restaurant but the drive thru service is always quicker.

First time eating in at Mc Donald's since Covid started! Very clean restaurant and the employees were very friendly! Our food was hot and fresh! One of the better experiences with Mc Donald's that I have had in a long time!! Enjoyed my visit!

***UPDATE
This morning for breakfast we spent almost $25 and didn't get everything that we ordered. If we stop on our way to school and something is left out, we don't have time to turn around and go back. A hash brown was left out of our order and I probably wouldn't have called to let them know about it if a hash brown didn't cost over $2 a piece. I also told them I needed syrup on the side for my order and it showed up on the screen and was on the receipt but it was also left out!

their frappee machine is always down. and they tend to mess your order up. but when everything is working and correct it's as good as any other mcdonald's!

I just want to say that this location has a lot of young people, maybe their 1st jobs, in the evenings. That being said, I have ALWAYS received service with a smile, ALWAYS received a thank you along with a wish to have a great day and come back. And when I say ALWAYS, it comes even after I have witnessed people (who should know better) yell at, even cuss at, these kids who are trying to hand out fast service! Yes, mistakes happen. This is fast food and HUMANS work here, and they will make mistakes. I have never had a problem that wasn't fixed if I treated all involved with respect. I also want to commend the managers for always treating their teams in a respectful manner! Great job!

Hard workers, good service, good food

This is, by far, the fastest, friendliest McDonald's you will ever experience. Even if the line is long, trust that you're still going to get in and out quick

Clean, speedy, and the freshest I've had at a McDonald's in years.

The food is usually really good and hot. Service is good...especially when this young lady named Allison takes our order. She's so polite and respectful. Young people like that deserve a raise. They're hard to come by these days. McDonald's... she's a keeper!

That Dallas boy in the window is so nice. Every time I meet him he makes my day. He's so funny! Love to see him doing a great job.

They have this girl working there, “Kaylea”, took my order and ensured all was correct. By far best McDonald’s I have ever been blessed to go too. Btw if you see this Kaylea I’m crushing!😘

The dude that helped me was very polite (yes sir no sir) the food was fresh and good! No complaints here.

Stopped for a quick supper. It was delicious. Customer service on point.

I stopped in yesterday on my way to Greenville KY to get me my latest addiction. A large Sweet Tea and Strawberry Cream Pies. This is a nice updated McDonald's. They have the self-service ordering boards which I find very convenient. It allows me to order at my own pace....but that's just my opinion. I had ordered my addiction (above) and then the All-Day Breakfast Combo ----Sausage Biscuit, Hashbrown, and small Sweet Tea. I cancelled my Large Tea and paid for my purchase at the kiosk. I went to the counter and asked if I could make that small Sweet Tea a Large since all drinks are $1.00...and that was not a problem. While I was getting my drink, the cashier brought my To-Go order to me! That is GREAT SERVICE!

This is the only McDonald's in the tri-state area that can make my coffees they way I like I don't know what they're doing differently but I love it

The food waas really fresh. My fries were salted perfectly (pretty rare occurrence)! And they gave me the sauces I asked for without a hitch.

Had a little wait because of the machine used for frappes, but overall it was good. The crispy chicken sandwich was good as well.

Thank you for helping with napkins and ice pack. Wish I would have caught his name at the checkout. Went beyond to help. Makes me choose y'all over others
