Best Verizon store I have ever been to. Gary was the one who helped me, and he was fantastic. There was another man working with him who was also very helpful as well.
Gary was very knowledgeable, and very matter-of-fact about what I needed and what we could do to make it happen. I ended up purchasing the newest phone on the market, as well as a charger, cable, screen protector and case. It wasn't cheap, but his humor honestly made it a lot easier. I am appreciative and will return to this location.

If you're visiting this store, ask for DAVID, the one and only competent staff member in all of the Verizon corporation.
The only thing positive I have experienced when dealing with Verizon, is the gentlemen named David in the Alpine store.
All others are subpar and pathetic. Verizon, you should be ashamed. At least you have one employee that stands out above the rest.
David is the only reason why this rating isn't negative to the infinity power.

Staff member was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was alone and managed several customers at one time.

Had a great experience. Gary and Chris helped me out and answered all questions. Both were friendly and professional. The phone I wanted wasn’t in stock so Chris ordered it and the next day it arrived. Went in to set everything up and it probably took and hour or less. I’m happy with my purchase and the happy with the customer service.

What an awesome staff! Chris helped me figure out which device I wanted to upgrade to and helped get all the extra parts and pieces together. Everything went super smooth and I couldn't have asked for a better tech. He was so friendly and helpful. Thanks for your help, Chris!

Gary helped me purchase the Iphone13 today.. I had such a pleasant experience, he is very knowledgeable, and was very helpful in explaining all options that were available to me. Such a good store. Instead of getting my service through these guys I did it online and on the phone. What a regret. The representative I spoke on the telephone caused me to reset my phone losing everything on it, and still not have it functional. Brought it to this Alpine store and they fixed everything on it without giving me a hard time for not activating with them. From now on I’m just going here and sending friends and family there way.

Went in about a week ago, and I have to say they were all great! The whole team worked with me and my son to get his phone upgraded as fast as they could. When I first got there I was greeted by Chris. Him and Jill looked through my plan and account to find me the best deal they could. Once we had decided what we were going to get Chris did all of our paper work and rang us out. While another staff member helped my son get all of his content transferred. It was quick and easy. A+ customer service guys! I will definitely be coming here for all my future phone needs!

Should be 10 ⭐’s! Happened to get the manager, Gary to help us on selecting phone upgrades. He was extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the differences and all the features. He very patiently answered all questions and guided us. What a great experience, customer service the way it should be! Thank you Gary , you’re the best!

After 7 plus hours of dealing with several other people and being on hold for technology help and being furious, I finally was able to get my new phone set up with the amazing assistance of Jeanette. She was calm, kind, and very knowledgeable. I think she's great!! Thank you again, Jeanette!!

Had a great experience. I had issues after the purchase trasfering the contents of the phone. Manager William Cody helped me do the transfer easly, no charge, and completed our customer experience at the store. 5 stars everyone should come here.
