McDonald's

First time visiting this location. Used the app and selected table side service. As soon as we got there, one young lady quickly wiped down the table for us. Our food arrived moments later. Very fast and friendly!

Were just here for vacation and we been here twice to eat breakfast and everything is good. Good service store clean and the manager is really nice and accommodating

The lady was exceptionally customer oriented.

Potatoes I received were dripping in grease. Couldn't eat them. The rest of the breakfast was delicious.

I still haven't been in racist treated by them. The food is 200 🙏🏼💯 delicious 😋🤤.

Most of the when I visit this McDonald's, I get exactly what I ordered and it tastes really good. The tea is a little too sweet in my opinion but a simple free cup of water solves that issue. I really enjoy the Crispy chicken sandwich in any variation. All of them are great choices. The staff is friendly, professional and dedicated to providing great customer service.

Simple, it's McDonald's! It's either new or newly renovated, either way, it's clean and the staff is friendly. The bathroom is very clean. At least the lady's room is clean. Sorry, guys didn't check your bathroom out.

Yet another McDonalds... Only one in our area and they have really upped their game since it changed owners. Much faster and better service. They actually grill the buns now like they are supposed to. The old crew was lazy, careless, and always messed up your order. The new crew is on top of things.

They forgot to put in a sandwich and immediately corrected it. Not ideal but they were incredibly busy when I went and everyone was working hard. Manager moved my sandwich to first priority and got me back on the road.

A manager named Jasmine took our lunch order today. Amazing customer service! Polite and professional. It was a real pleasure to visit her today, I haven't been to this location in about 6-8 months. I guess they have made a turn for the better. The only complaint I have, is when given the option for extra fries or apples in the kids meal, I didn't receive the apples. Small price to pay for the service.

McDonald's oh McDonald's.....I'm sick of you. But I can't stop going. I mean I don't go every day....but every so often I get this craving for a cheeseburger with extra pickles, fries and a fountain coke....that McDonald's fountain coke just hits different! Hit up a Micky D's curb that craving, you know you want to!

This is the nicest and friendliest McDonald's I've been to in a long time. On the way to my destination I ordered a diet Coke with a squirt of chocolate and they complied with the smile. On the way back home I ordered a large order of fries I wanted them fresh and hot and that's all they arrived and they gave me a cup of ice to refresh my diet coke from before. They were the most pleasant people I've ever dealt with at a McDonald's. Thank you to the employees of the Arcadia McDonald's you're doing a wonderful job

Excellent fast service. Management runs this location very well. Co-workers work as a team efficiently. Food is exactly as anticipated.

Not only does the restaurant look great since remodeling, but the employees are much more friendlier! I always look forward to seeing Mr. Wendell (one of the managers) when I visit! He always has a smile and goes out if his way to make you feel right at home!!!

My husband and I just visited Arcadia and went to this McDonald's for breakfast two days in a row. The people were all wonderful who worked there. Everyone was friendly and smiling. They were joking with some of the customers who seemed to be regulars. The food was good. The furniture was quite unique to me. It seemed to be small settings for couples with round tables and comfy chairs and also larger tables with benches and chairs for larger groups. It just seemed very modern.

The friendliest and happiest atmosphere. The employees​ were fast and efficient. Flowers on the table, streamers from the ceiling, adding to the festive atmosphere. Fresh coffee, food was everything you expect. Best McDonald I've encountered yet. They have big screen news, and great music, a place to wake up all the senses.

This McDonald's has always been clean and the service very good. Staff always smiles and ask how they can help you. When I was in this last time, staff was told the unsweetened tea was empty and immediately they went and added more tea. My McChicken and fries were hot and tasty.

Easy to get to and find. Fast drive thru. Parking lot was clean. The restrooms were clean. Inside and outside were well taken care of. The employees were friendly and attentive. I wish more places were like this one. Overall had a great experience.
