Dunkin'

Dunkin employees are in a difficult situation, considering they're constantly at risk of exposure to Covid and aren't paid an especially high wage while doing so. Despite these challenges, the staff at this location delivered exceptional service in a clean, organized workspace. They have my sincere appreciation for being so upbeat and professional in these trying times.

Staff here is always nice and they never have gotten my order wrong!! I have another Dunks closer to me, but I'll always drive the extra mile to come here.

I'm always grateful for my morning coffee. The staff are courteous and greet you with a smile. When they make a mistake they're willing to fix my coffee never giving me a hard time. Great crew very hardworking. Makes mornings a little easier. Thank u....

I have been to many Dunkin Donuts around Massachusetts since I do a ton of driving. This has been the best Dunkins by far and became the one I used frequently while working around the Athol area for 3 years.

Very good customer service, a bit cheaper than some other Dunkin Donuts, quick, and has never made a mistake for me.

If you order your coffee with cream and sugar, it is actually stirred very well into the coffee BEFORE given to the customer. This has been the only Dunkins that has done that perfectly and consistently every time for me.

My only complaint would be that they should have their own building and parking. Unfortunately, the parking is limited and right next to the entrance. Annoying when there are people speeding into the entrance.

Would use anytime I pass through Athol.
