African American lady shift leader/supervisor went about and beyond to help us the other. I walked in right at closing and even though they didn't have to they blessed us with their baresta skills. Very nice. I highly recommend this star bucks. Thank you ladies.

The ladies was outstanding. The guy possibly a shift mgr was short when training the cashier or when I asked a question. I think I will try another coffee place in town.

I’m a trucker from Mississippi and this is officially my home store away from home. Hands down, the best Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. I make it my business to stop here when I come through here.

They were slaying it!!! busy as hell!!! Coffee was great. Y’all be a little patient. Have a seat and wait for name to be called.

This store has improved! You can now pay with the Starbucks app. My Americano with heavy cream was excellent, the water and espresso well balanced with the perfect portion of cream.

Always busy when I come in, but orders get out quickly and correctly. Jaken is knowledgeable and helpful and a genuine delight. He really knows his stuff. Great selection of coffees and merchandise as well.

They are awesome me and my service dog come in here all the time! They love her. And give her a pup cup every time we come in! They have been very accommodating with my service dog and I haven't had any issues at this Starbucks. 100% recommend going here!

Great workplace, they really care abput their staff. The employees are always very courteous and go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. They know their regulars and even sang me happy birthday on my birthday!

Today I visited the Gadsden location and they were not only fast and friendly but one of the Employees, Danicka (If she isn’t the store manager SHE SHOULD BE), had THE GREATEST ATTITUDE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE WITNESSED SINCE BEFORE WE ENTERED INTO THE PANDEMIC. I sat for a few hours because I needed to get some graphic work done and I noticed how she was not just friendly to me, but to ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS WHO ENTERED, and the ENTIRE STAFF! The whole staff was amazing but she BY FAR WAS STELLAR!!! Truly a GREAT FACE for the Starbucks company! I wish there were more of her in other companies.

A good cup of coffee and some delicious Madeleine cookies made a refreshing break. I have enjoyed this Starbucks location many times.

I travel frequently, Starbucks is a constant during my travels. This is the best one I have been to. The staff was courteous and polite, our orders we done perfectly and quickly. They made me and my family feel completely welcome appreciated.

I'm from out of town and have come to Gadsden for business. I have been going to this Starbucks every morning for 2 weeks and I have been extremely satisfied with the staff here. By the 3rd day of me going the woman that I assume is the manager already knew my order. One of the cashiers actually asked me how to spell my name so it might be a small thing but it's nice that she made sure to even get that right. I have loved every time I've gone in there. They are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome! I will be going back there every day until I leave for sure.

The baristas were so nice! We stopped here on 3 different occasions while visiting a sick friend. They remembered us every time! What a great example of good customer service! We're not local to this store, but we will definitely drop in if we are ever in the area.

I go here daily ! I could not begin to ask for a better product and the service could not be better. All of the ladies are so nice and treat there customers well. Makes you feel like family when your there. These ladies should be congratulated on the amazing work they do ,and the way they treat people , Love being a valued customer !

They finally have a well trained staff and have truly stepped up their game! They are polite and know how to make that coffee just how you like it!
