Really not sure why this place is so poorly rated. I’ve been in here multiple times now and every time it has always been fast, friendly service with a great environment. I give it a 5/5. Keep up the good work all!

Bullies caught up in their own clique-snottiness. Ruins and casts a spell over the entire experience.

Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Consistently slow with orders or just completely forget to make your order until you ask them. I’ve waited up to 35 minutes for a cold brew, makes no sense. On top of that, the drinks sometimes aren’t even made correctly.

Why would you have Door Dash available during Mile Of Music at the downtown location? 20 people waiting 25 min. For coffee because you prioritize Door Dash first. Advertise Mile of Music specials to drum up business. Get with the community support.

Worst Starbucks experience. They were out of the sandwich I wanted and offered no suggestions for replacements. I waited way too long for 2 drinks and 2 food items. After I received my drink which was supposed to be a green tea lemonade I was given a peach green tea. So out of 4 things ordered only 1 was what I had actually ordered, an iced latte (not exactly a difficult drink). I recommend going elsewhere if you’re looking for the normal Starbucks experience.

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to in a while. Employees are rude and they didn’t have anything working even though their website said they had everything we were looking for. It looked so nice, but the service was a letdown. I would avoid until they get their act together.

By far the worst Starbucks. I’ve only done mobile orders here a few times and has either been forgotten about, made wrong or you get half of what you ask for.
