AT&T Store

Ok so i had a great experience with one of the employees today idk if he said his name was lyn or nick but he did an awesome job...I really hope the right young man gets his due credit...

Nicolas was very helpful, very knowledgeable. Had a wonderful experience, highly reccommend for a store rep.

Patricia and Alexandra went above and beyond trying to help fix our problem. While it took 4+ hours and a return to the store the next day, we were pleased with the service with the exception of one employee, Ricky. He was no help and refused to help us out after being in the store 4+ hours. I would NOT recommend Ricky for any of your service needs. While he may be knowledgeable at his task, his attitude was very rude.

Ashley Ponce was pleasant to meet. We were lucky to meet her. We were locked out of our phones and she got me and my brothers phone fixed and up and running. She's skilled to the T. And is so smart. Beautiful lady and sweet spirit

Ashley ponce was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond made several calls for me to help me. I felt like she truly cared about my situation and about helping me. I will never go into a diffrent ATT store again except her's!!!

Ashley Ponce service was amazing!!! She helped us with our phones and we were locked out and she took the time to fix everything and retransfered everything. She's a blessing from God

Angela from the att retail store in Uvalde was amazing she helped me and my family and she went extra and beyond . She even tried getting things done even tho stores were close .

Having trouble logging in to an old email. Nicolas jumped right in and took and hour. I was very satisfied with his help and amazed at his knowledge and sense of ownership for his job

After months on the phone with customer service not getting anywhere I came into the local store (whom customer service said made the error) and within 18 mins the manager Ms Lily had the error corrected and the refund on my account. I am very pleased with the way they took care of me today!

Amazing Service Thom took the time to explain our plans and even help save us some money while helping my son with his phone issues!! Great experience

By the way... you can send this to your boss... your kindness meant a lot more than just doing your job... I’ve had way too many att people being rude, ignorant and just not helpful... and you definitely made a difference in my day... I appreciate it... 🙂

Nicolas was great. He helped us seniors who are technically challenged with the new iPhone 12. Very customer oriented & patient.

I was treated with respect. The gentleman who helps me is always kind and helpful.
