We recently completed the build out of our dental office and have a lot of people to thank. Tanner Milne, Mark Haslip, and Shane Bennett were all very helpful though the process. They each took the time to understand my situation, vision, and goals. Shane is a wealth of knowledge, I would not work with anyone else. I feel Shane saved us thousands of dollars in terms of start up costs along with finishing ahead of schedule. Lauren and Rex were fantastic to work with, staying on top of things and providing clear communication and organization. After receiving a renewal lease from our landlord, I decided to call Menlo to read over the lease ansee if they could offer any insight into what I was about to sign. Stuart Milne and Tom Ellixson were able to rally other teammates at Menlo together and negotiate with my landlord way better terms for us, ultimately saving our company thousands and thousands of dollars. Not only that, he was able to revise some language in our lease that will allow us a lot more flexibility with our growing company. We were also able to work closely with David Haynes at Menlo Transitions. There is no doubt he had our company’s best interest in mind, and helped us prepare for a future exit strategy.
