AT&T Store

My husband and I went to the store to solve problems we had with my stolen cell phone, Ulysses and Ana answered us perfectly, were willing to help us with everything! We were very happy with the service and the speed with everything was solved.

Ulysses is great! No complaints at this store. I received help within a second walking into the store and was helped from beginning to end. He helped me with transferring my data to my new phone and wanted to make sure I was set before leaving. The team around knew what they were doing as well and there was always someone to help out. They build customer rapport to provide better customer service as well. Great job!

Amazing service! Victoria was very helpful. She helped me set up another line and she was quick, friendly, and kind. Ulysses gave me a piece of chocolate. Amazing manger.

The store was very helpful. I went into buy the new iPhone 15.Ciao who worked there was very helpful. Explained what my trade in value was and how much I would owe. Let me pick the color and explained about the camera he was very helpful

Called around to a few Boca ATT stores near my home looking for in-store stock Pixel 8 Pro 256. None to be found. Was fortunate to connect with Christopher in Deerfield who asked me to hold while HE made the effort to achieve my objective.

I recently lost my phone, and the staff here was so incredibly helpful in helping me get it back. I wouldn’t have gotten it back otherwise! They are very attentive and respectful.

I went in with my Apple Watch that was cracked by my toddler. Chris was super helpful and checked to see if I had insurance, which I did. He offered to get me all set up, and did it very quickly, and my replacement should be here in a day or two!

I was visiting from out of state when all of a sudden my phone quit on me. The three guys there at the store were so helpful and even stayed almost 2 hours after close and sent me out with a working phone. So grateful and highly recommend this store to anyone.

Both Enrique and Saed were Amazing Help! Highly Highly Recommend both of them! They helped look up our accounts and made sure everything was up to date. Also helped us determine what we needed and the best deal for us. Gave us a whole new invoice plan and helped us lower the bill considerably. I will be visiting this store again in the future and would love to see them get promoted someday. They definitely were a huge help. Highly Recommend!

I visited the store yesterday and was assisted by Enrique and Saeed. They were super helpful, very patient, and made the entire process as painless as could be. Enrique helped me get off an old plan, onto a new plan, upgrade my phone, and transferred all my information. Not only did he do everything to ensure I got the promotion currently running, but also found a way to bundle in my internet for a monthly discount. Not to mention i got HBO max! I was very overwhelmed because I hadn’t bought a phone in about 4 years but he literally just let me sit back while he handled everything!!! Great energy in the store and both these gentlemen were so kind! Appreciate the wonderful experience and will be going back.

In todays COVID shopping experiences, each one being different, I have to commend both Saed and Kevin at the ATT store on West Hillsboro for their outstanding customer engagement and product knowledge. What a welcome change to have both store representatives super attentive to my need for a mobile router for my new RV. They took incredibe time to understand my need for the mobile router. They also on their own initiative reviewed my account (I have multiple wireless phones, direct tv, internet budled services) to learn why I was not being credited with the veteran's discount. They reworked my wirelss account, reduced my costs, showed me additional services I could benefit from without additional expense and I am now being credited with the Veteran's discount. WOW is all I can say. Looking for help, with services - it is worth the trip to Deerfield Beach (i live in east Boca).

On Saturday my father and I went to the Deerfield Beach location where we experienced the best customer service with Enrique. I called the store before I went and spoke with him. I explained that AT&T directed me to go to a store to resolve my problem. Enrique tried everything he could think of to get the phones activated. He used every resource he had at his disposal. At this point I was concerned these phones wouldn't be activated and would have to start the whole process over again with 3 phones. He was determined and tried one last option. That was the miracle option we needed. Thanks to Enrique's knowledge & persistence, all our phones are activated. Thank you again, Enrique!!

Kevin does a great job. Helps us the best he can. He has always helped us. Best experience ever. They make us want to keep AT&T. Go to this store.
