Blake helped us with my upgrade. He made the process so easy, and thoroughly explained the answer to any questions we had. He was able to make the time we had to spend in the store enjoyable. Highly recommend him.

My wife and I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon Wireless. Customer service was incredible. Blake was very knowledgeable when it came to all cellular services. My wife and i recently switched our business over to Verizon Wireless. We walked into the Lucedale, MS office and fell in love with the staff and their customer service. After a few minutes we knew we had made the right decision. Blake and Jackie were so helpful explaining all the different features and benefits our business would receive by making the switch. They also were very transparent about service and prices. Were super happy with the service so far and anytime we have questions the staff are more than happy to help. Wish we could give 10 stars!!!

My husband and I have been with AT&T for years. Our son recently switched to Verizon and Blake talked us into switching to Verizon as well. If you ask me, he did the impossible because my husband swore, he would never change companies. He got us the best deals he could find for a brand-new customers and he also helped us transfer all of our phones. Thank you so much for your help.

Leriah was prefect! She was the best to work with! She helped me get two new phone working and everything moved over from the old! We chatted up and she will forever hold a place in my heart! Will always go see her! I will be sad if she ever leaves!

I think Brandon is one of the most remarkable young men. He helped me, a senior citizen to social distance by coming out to the car. Honestly, it seemed like he had just finished a 4 year college course on showing, personal interest, kindness, being a fantastic listener and remembering all our conversations as to what I needed in a phone. I just cant say enough good things about him. We need more young men like him in this world.

Went in for an otter box and screen protector, Amber was very helpful and friendly. She even put my screen protector on for me and everything. 5/5 best customer service I've had in a while.

I was switching from a terrible phone company (Cspire) and my aunt used to work for Verizon and recommended the Russell Verizon location in Lucedale Ms; however, she recommended Jackie more than anything. She was right, because Jackie did not disappoint! She went above and beyond helping me. From phone calls to friendly customer service Jackie answered ALL my questions and if there was something she did not know she found out the answer for me ASAP. So when I went to pick up my new phone Jackie was unavailable. In comes Brandon who, just like Jackie, went above and beyond helping me. I preordered the iphone 12 color I thought I wanted, and the the color was more of a pink instead of red so he made a way so I could change it for another. Brandon had to call the corporate office, change my order around and still had me out of there in just a few minutes.

I absolutely love this Verizon location and will use them for all my needs in the future. Thank you Jackie and Brandon!!!

Also Verizon service works amazing in Lucedale, Moss Point, and Mobile so I recommend it highly! Parts of Mobile and Moss Point have the medium 5g and it picks up good as well.
