Very good, a young man, name Brian, he is very helpful, I get him every time, very nice guy, glad he is working there, all of the staff are good, but I all of them, but Brian is so helpful.

I noticed one of my headlights was not working. I stopped at Advance Auto in York, they said I could buy a bulb but they couldn’t install it. I do not feel comfortable trying it myself. I headed down the road to Auto Zone. The guy wasn’t sure if he could replace the bulb. He took the time to look under the hood, discovered a loose wire and my headlight is back to working. Hooray, so glad I went there, your guys are helpful and knowledgeable. Appreciate it, thank you!

The gentleman that helped me was very helpful and put my light in I will go back there again didn't catch he his name but a very nice Black man 😘😘❤

Yesterday my truck wouldn't start. I jumped it and drove to auto zone. The tech tested the battery and said it looked fine. My truck started right up. When he disconnected his tester ge realized that the positive terminal was loose! He tightened it up and I'm all set. Really appreciate the help and the honesty!

A few weeks ago, my hubby and I were driving to the store. "My baby, Sheila" a.k.a. car; started "chugging". I looked up the closest AutoZone store and we "chugged" all the way there. We made it!! As we were pulling into the parking lot, I noticed a couple people working on their vehicles. Seeing that, made me feel comfortable. I grew up with 2 brothers that were the neighborhood mechanics. My husband went to work opening the hood and I went inside to get some "help". The young man that helped us (John J) went above and beyond helping us with our car!!! He hooked us up to the diagnostic machine and was able to help us get what we needed. He helped my husband change the necessary part. John J, also noticed our battery cables were showing some corrosion. He was not comfortable letting us leave with that corrosion. So, he took it upon himself to get that part cleaned for us. It was extremely hot and my husband couldn't be out in the heat any longer. He had triple-bypass July of 2020 and just cannot be out in the heat for too long. So, for John J. to do that for us, was such a blessing!!
I would highly recommend THIS store for any AUTO parts or AUTO help!! Thank you John, for helping us "old folks" out!!
When/if you go to THIS AutoZone, ask for John J and tell him the "crazy purple haired lady" sent ya and said "HI"!!

The past two times I've been here in the span of one month, they have had exactly what I needed in stock, no need for a second trip. To make the experiences even better, the two employees who helped me were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was referring to. They literally looked up the part and walked directly to it in less than 2 minutes, both times. Great people that actually care about helping their customers!

Commercial side is very helpful as I buy a lot of parts here for my shop. They go out of their way to make stuff happen. I just wish they would replenish the parts a little faster as I do about 500 brake jobs a year at my shop and they are almost the exclusive supplier. Sometimes they have to go to Newport or I have to go to Kings Mountain to get the same parts I got the day before on the shelf. We are a big volume shop when it comes to brakes and I might see the same year make and model on back to back days. I wish corporate would start letting their hub run resupply them on a daily basis instead of having to wait on the weekly truck.

Been there more times than I can count. The guys take their time to assist you with whatever parts, supplies or or automotive needs are and they help you with a good attitude too. I always thank them, and these younger guys and girls always let me know they appreciate me. That means a lot in today"s world.

The store was organized and I was helped when I walked in after having a bad day with vehicle. The store made me feel welcome.

Friendly, helpful staff and clean well organized store. Auto Zone also wins points (as a veteran I appreciate the thanks) by offering a 10% discount to all veterans, retired and active military members.

The store looked nice, the employees had exactly what I needed.

Had my part in stock, at two different price ranges, the counter person was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, changed phone number and instead of needing to get another rewards card, the counter person was able to change phone number on account, keeping my history intact, this was at the store in York S.C.

Jarrett was very patient and helpful. I knew from a couple things he said that he was a newer employee. Even so, he handled himself professionally, signed me up for the rewards program and helped solved my issue. I can imagine he will be an asset to Auto Zone and it's customers.

Got a health check, which told me that alternator and starter were fine and that I just needed a new battery! Was able to get the new battery and they were able to install it for me right there.
