Heather and her other coworker ( I missed his name but he has a greatbig beard) were excellent at helping me find the right screw for fixing my back license plate. Heather got out in the cold weather abs screwed them in for me until we found one that stayed properly. :>

This is a top notch brand new store. Staff is extremely helpful and upbeat. My favorite auto parts store in Skagit valley. If they don't have it, they can get it by the next morning.

We had a fantastic experience here. Carl went above and beyond. He truly made a stressful situation so much better. Thank you Carl, we need more people like you!

The original location I visited didn't have the battery I needed they went through the trouble to locate it give me directions to the store that had it and when it still didn't work out for me no questions asked for a return.

Great new location, got the help I needed. Fast and courteous service from people who actually care about cars.
