Michaels

This location is by far one of the best customer service experiences I've ever received. After going to a competitor store asking a question about wrapping gifts because of my inability to use my hands well I called around and spoke with the representative from Michaels and he said that he would have to call his manager in order to find out if that would be okay. Afterward the manager called me back personally and said that they would be more than willing to help with wrapping my gifts. Even though it was something they don't usually do, the manager was willing to go out of her way to help a customer with a disability. The store keeps their customer service serious, all of the staff were very helpful very kind and very knowledgeable of what they were trying to help with. If you have a need for crafts or any strange crafty questions I would highly highly highly suggest this location in Anderson IN.

Was my first time going to the craft store. It was a wonderful shopping experience! The staff and store is very clean and nice. Would shop again. Thanks for such a nice place. Sterling!

Michaels is OK. But another nearby craft store has a greater selection and better prices. I am pleased this shopping plaza is coming back to life and hope Michaels establishes a niche.

Came at 9:30 am but store was still locked. Employees were inside but no one acknowledged me or explained. Trip across town with a toddler for nothing. Very disappointed.

Closed 15 minutes before closing time.
