Leaving this review because of Lashly. This is my go-to place for returns and it’s always been a breeze. I’m so glad they moved ‘coz I prefer this location than the one by Rite Aid. And on Sundays when they have shortened hours and there’s only one person in the store, the line seems to go so much faster. Lashly is always pleasant with every customer even when the line seems to be non-stop. It’s a hit and miss on other days…you might get a smile from the others (or not), but it’s a given when Lashly is around.

The color copying machine makes really nice copy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All equipments are very new. Store really clean.

Super helpful staff, very fast and got anyone who walked in help right away. Friendly and will be for sure coming back!

Best UPS out of all I tried in Fremont and nearby. Packages sent via them are always promptly delivered - unlike others, who several times lost my Amazon returns or sent them to travel across the continent to be delivered to the town in vicinity.

I think here name was Si or Cy, but whatever her name was. She was great. I needed to send some packages to my family back home for Christmas and it’s my first time ever doing this, and she walked me through the entire process and did not seem impatient and kept smiling. She totally made my day. Will be using this location again and highly recommend to ask her for help if you ever stop by.

Best ups store here in union city. Lydia took responsibilities of my package quickly and very respectful! And other employees look moody and rude. Thanks for taking care of me. Coming to this ups more often now

Efficiency customer service everytime.

I am pleased with the new employee, cy. She had a long line when I went for a drop off. It was a busy day but she was very pleasant. Her smiling face and good attitude on a busy day!

Quick and excellent customer service

I was in line, 2 people ahead of me. Cy (Sai) is very accommodating and very helpful. She assisted an elderly man, got him a chair and was very patient with him! Very kind! What a great customer service!

Arman and Zuley went out of their way to help with a notary request, selecting the right envelope for a package, and scanning/copying papers. It is rare to see customer service like theirs.
