I give this location five stars only because Nicole is the best customer service rep I have ever encountered!!!! She goes above and beyond to give the best customer satisfaction however the only problem I had was with a manager I believe names James who did not explain to me that a credit would take a billing cycle to post so therefore my card was still debited the amount that I was being credited and on top of that when I called to address the issue he told me he would get back to me after he spoke with a district manager and of course he never called me!

I worked with Nicole and Damian and they were some of the nicest people in retail I've ever met! They were very personable and you could tell they actually cared. I went in when it was very busy and they did an amazing job catering to everyone's needs and had a lot of patience! I would 100% recommend working with them and I will return to this specific location for service! Thank you Nicole & Damian!!

Today, Brandi provided exceptional customer service to my grandparents, going above and beyond to assist them. Their gratitude and appreciation for her hard work were evident. Brandi's extensive knowledge and remarkable patience were truly impressive. I’m a new customer and had ordered a new iPhone 15 and Apple Watch SE online but wanted to exchange the watch for a series 9 instead. I didn’t want to wait for it by mail so I came in and Elliot walked up immediately to help me. He actually ended up helping me with a lot more than just that. Helped with setting up a T-Mobile account, pairing the Apple Watch and transferring my phone number from my previous carrier. Oh and he helped me apply my screen protector lol Plus he was very friendly and cool! Appreciate it :)

went in yesterday to see what was available for a phone upgrade and was helped by Julia. seriously one of the nicest TMOBILE reps I've met. she made everything super low stress and went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. (:

It was super busy on Thursday, but even though we had to wait, several people checked in on us. Janelle was amazing and did not rush through our questions, concerns, plans etc. Friday morning at 9 we went back for help with our voice mail and texts as we had kept our phones from V. and there were issues. The team all worked to find solutions and were gracious. Overall a wicked positive 2 days. Thank you.

I had to get a new Samsung Galaxy because my old Samsung had a cracked screen. Julia helped me with transferring my data, and the entire process went smoothly. I have used xfinity and Verizon in the past, and I wasn't happy. So far, my experience with T-Mobile has been great! 👍

Everytime I come into T Mobile Hwy 50 Elliott is always helpful and stayed late to help set up our phones. Was polite and patient.
