My experience at this T-Mobile was fantastic due to the service provided by Gabriel. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. After going through the available plans with me, I returned the next day and Gabe was able to sign me up and quickly switch my service. He also assisted my family member joining on my plan who went into her local store to switch service. He got on the phone to direct them how to quickly add her phone to the plan. Very easy transition. Gabe even followed up with me after the visit to answer my questions. Walking into the store a second time, I felt very welcomed as Gabe greeted me by name. My experience at this store was great and polar opposite of my experience with the retail stores for other carriers. It reinforced my decision to switch to T-Mobile.

GENEVA IS A SUPERSTAR! I am a Real customer not friend-got me out from Verizon that evil awful company lol now I’m with a really good company that I’ve wanted to do business with. She made everything so easy and gave me a military discount and got me Hulu, Apple TV and Netflix all included in my $85 a month fee. Verizon was charging me $151 for a very long time and then recently when I switched my data plan, they tried to charge me for a piece of equipment that they gave me as part of my initial package so last month with Verizon I spent $600 to use my phone. More than my car payment. So I’m very happy with Geneva. She’s an amazing employee. Whoever is hiring here doing a great job you should give her a promotion and raise lol otherwise I’m gonna try to steal her for my company ha ha ha .

I have had an excellent experience with T-Mobile after transferring from AT&T. I have been in to the store several times for help with adding lines to an existing account and had the pleasure of working with Xavier, who was absolutely amazing! He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Best customer service in a long time!

Jacob Perez was fantastic fixing my phone in time for my 97th birthday. I appreciate not only his competence but his attitude. I was pleasantly surprised having recently switched from one of your competitors.

I was at the T-Mobile store on Saturday morning July 29, 2023. I cannot say how refreshing Sway Rodriguez was towards me. This man knew everything there is to know about cell phones from which particular ones are located in the store to programming. I told him in person how wonderful he is and I promised him a Google review on my own volition. This store # 7833 located at 851 South Federal Highway & Mizner in Boca is fabulous, professional and efficient. Sway, you will go far in life. You deserve a bonus:) It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Love this location. It’s on Federal Hwy right in front of Trader Joe’s. Staff is friendly and helpful. Traded in a phone for a new iPhone and they made everything so easy and fast.

I have been a t-mobile customer for four years. I find the company to be excellent. Today, Jessica was the t-mobile rep to assist me. She was patient, helpful, and professional. She took the time to explain the process with my new phone. I appreciate the kind of customer service!

I stopped in because my phone was acting up and the reps were quick to help. They were helpful, friendly, and replaced my SIM. I think that did the trick.

Went in this morning to switch to T-Mobile. Knew what phone and plan I wanted and the entire process start to finish was very easy.
