I had to make 3 trips to your store in Bowie, before we got my payment back to $80 a month. We had to reapply for the affordable connectivity program. I was about to go crazy, but Myste Wood at the Bowie, Tx. store was very patient, and personable. She made me feel very confident that she would get it taken care of; and this was especially important because many times I have gone in to other phone stores and the employees didn't seem to know how to do anything on any of the phones that they were selling. I am very pleased that you have her at my phone store and I won't hesitate to tell all my friends where they can go to get the best help and service. With an employee like Myste Wood working for you, you will probably be selling a lot more phones than you would if she wasn't. Thanks, for all the much needed help. 🙂

Myste was the most kind and intelligent person I have ever dealt with at cricket. She not only knew everything about deals, phones and service but she did it with such a passion and love. I will continue to use cricket purely for Myste. What an incredible person.

Great customer for service by the young woman working there. I was having issues with straight talk and she spent hours helping me due to straight talk poor service. But she was kind and patient the whole time in helping me. Made the experience very good. I'm a happy cricket customer now.

Worst customer service I ve ever gotten all those other good reviews for myste must be from her friends and family because she didn't know anything and was very rude.

Not even worth 1 star. Went there to upgrade 2 phones, they had no idea about details for any of the phones they were trying to sell, didn't have demos for them & couldn't give me any info at all about what I was looking for. Sold us 2 of the very worst phones. One just quit working for no reason 10 days after buying it. Not only were they extremely rude when I went back to talk to them about it, but because it was over 7 days they won't do anything about it. So we wasted hundreds of dollars on a product that doesn't even work & was never what we wanted to begin with. This place is a joke, don't waste your money buying anything there.
Edited to add: 1 day since posting this, the other phone's camera has shattered, so now both phones have broken in less than 2 weeks. Neither of the phones were dropped or damaged.

They are not willing to help you!
