Les Schwab Tire Center

I found a screw in the left rear tire of my truck while camping at Banks Lake. It hit a steel belt and the side wall was bulging out. I was fully loaded with a pickup camper towing a boat. I had my 2 dogs and wife with me. The new manager Seth met me at my vehicle immediately as i pulled up. He is very pleasant and professional. They hooked me up with 4 new tires and got me back on the road quicker than I expected. Thank you! I highly recommend Seth and his team.

We had a blowout on one of our 5th wheel tires 20 miles from the LS Grand Coulee store. We changed to our spare and called ahead to make sure the Grand Coulee store had a new tire for us. Which they did. We pulled in and Kenny greeted us and got right to work getting the new tire on and putting our spare away. Thanks for the speedy service.

These guys went above and beyond to save my Vacation, thank you so much guys. They are rockstars when it comes to helping the customer, I had a trailer bearing and hub go out on my boat trailer 20 miles away, it was saturday afternoon and everything was closing. I came in with the hub which was ruined and a hope and a prayer of finding the right parts. With some problem solving these guys got me what I needed to get me on the road. They could have said yeah sorry we will have to order it but instead they treated me like it was their vacation on the line and made it happen. Thank you so much guys! you Rock!

Very friendly and helpful buying tires

I went to les Schwab to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They were fast with service. I did make an appointment. The Oil change was cheap. Very clean environment and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Quick and easy getting new tires for my truck along with an oil change and alignment. The staff was very professional and finished up my truck an hour before they told me it would be ready!

Great experiences here so far! From routine wheel rotations to full tire set installations, these guys work quickly and professionally. Having worked for the company @ another location in the past, I appreciate the efficiency I've observed @ this one. :D

These people really work to do the right things by their customers. You might think that because this isn't a big city shop that service would be substandard. In many more rural places, it can be. Not here. It actually sets the bar for other Les Schwab's in Washington, two of which I have had negative experiences with. My only complaint is that you can wait for an appointment date due to how busy they are. Well done guys!

This place has the best folks in customer service around! We take lots of vehicles etc. to them from the Bureau. For tires from all sorts of different equipment and vehicles and they do a lot of our preventative maintenance. Really appreciate Les Schwab in Grand Coulee.

Came in on Monday with bad tires on my work truck, no tires in stock 😑 But Randy got them ordered and I'm here a day early ( Wednesday)and they made time to put them on today. Thank you all, for going above and beyond 🙏

This place saved me so much 5 years ago. I blew a tire in almost zero cell service, was able to be and plead for a 16.5 inch tire. They had one on their used tire section and were able to bring it out and replace my tire on the spot.

Fast friendly and knowable staff

Changed my oil and filter and was done in 30 min. Made my appt. the day before. Friendliest schwab I have ever been to.

We just stopped to get a flat tire of our trailer fixed to be able to get back to our trip, they fixed it promptly and were so nice and friendly, they even found another tire with issues and fix it as well. Thank you so much for saving our trip!!! 🤗

These guys may not be the cheapest, I don't kno, but they are always fast and friendly and seem to go the extra mile

On Friday I went to this store for front tire re-balancing. The technicions looked into my wheels and suggested a way o solve my problem.The project was completed quickly and solved my problem. Thanks for the great work. Barry
