Horrible customer service. My family and I have been there many times but my sister's visit today is what drove me to write this review. She went to change her current phone's SIM card to her new phone, but didn't know if the had to do it there electronically, anyways Eliani and the current manager treated her like she was slow for buying an "outdated" phone and had the audacity to try to sell her a newer phone. No selling strategy whatsoever just passive aggressiveness.

2 pesimas encargadas
No tienen tacto y mal servicio al cliente si pudiera les daria 0 estrellas
Si fuera su jefe hace tiempo las hubiera despedido.
Precisamente antes de atender a mi hija habian tratado mal a un Sr porque fue a dar su pago y no se lo quisieron aceptar
Que debia darlo con tarjeta
El les explico que no tenia tarjeta y ella y la encargada lo trataron mal y el Sr se salio muy avergonzado.
Eliani asi se llama la mujer que hizo sentir mal a mi hija porque segun ella el cel no era de alta gama, que era un cel viejo
tenemos ya 8 años con esta Compañia Metro y no es justo el trato....acaba de contarme mi hija lo sucedido y es inaceptable lo que hacen estas mujeres.
