McDonald's

The people were incredibly nice. Worker Becky was so sweet us! She was so caring for us as a big group that spontaneously came in and provided great service for all of us — Honestly the nicest McDonald’s worker I’ve ever met. This woman loves her job and it shows in her service. What a beautifully kind soul. We love BECKY!!

Dirty but most are anymore. Touch screen filthy but the people working were very nice

Me and my friends were in Pennsylvania for a church retreat and we're from out of state and we made a stop here and Becky and the workers were so great the overall service and atmosphere was great and the food was better than any McDonald's I've had in America.

Quick online order food was correct and delicious

Great place awesome employees will go again

The breakfast at McDonald's was very good we go the mcgriddle my favorite and my boyfriend's favorite! We dined in & it was clean & not crowded at 9:45 am. The breakfast was very good! Definitely wish they had breakfast all day! We like this McDonald's very much it's one of of go to's for breakfast if we make it in time. Overall very good experience here every time we have went to this McDonald's! I would recommend this to family and friends 🙂

I am one to care about both customer service and quality of service.
That being said due to the many teens in and out of this place, you can never expect the youngsters to do a perfect job.
Taking that in to consideration I try to focus my attention towards the adults that have been employed there for at least a year, or more.
Every encounter with these polite and caring individuals is a wonderful experience!
I have never had trouble getting what I ordered and if my order was incorrect, it is promptly replaced without question.
Not only do they care about doing their jobs correctly, but they care about having you as a return customer. I do not go here too often but somehow
I am remembered and treated like family every time.
Keep up the great work!

Some of the friendliest service that I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The atmosphere was clean. The surroundings are, well, Oil City. Aside from that, the food is hot, the drinks are cold, and the staff will treat you right. I enjoyed my visit and meal.

Waited awhile in drive thru. Though one employee didn't know the milkshakes were down got a frappee instead and a refund. Thank you. Your stores customer friendly attitudes are well appreciate ☺

This is the only fast food available in Oil City so it is always packed and the food is freshly made. Had to park and wait for fries as they were being done. Fresh

Becky’s a excellent team member nothing else needs to be said

We visited on oct 28 2018 am. We met a guy named Hunter and he was a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond to help us; what a great experience thanks Hunter, you'll go far.

Always hot food and never get my.order wrong. I love the Caramel Frappe they have, although they give one HECK of a brain freeze! 🧠.

Fast friendly service. We had a large group of choir kids today. They served everyone with plenty of time to eat before there performance.

McDonalds is always a favorite in my home. My daughter loves chicken nuggets and their fries.

Who doesn't love McDonald's? They just redid this place and while the service is usually spot on I find the colors on the outside of the building a bit bland now. Aside from that though it's a great place to go for a quick meal.

Good food

Only complaint is there seems to never be salt on the fries. They are always friendly and hurry the best they can when it's super busy.

Other than when there are mechanical issues beyond their control, this McDonald's is always great with their service.
