She helped me greatly in being able to assure that the 📱🤳 phone I was looking for (Nokia G310 5G) was available. I made sure to call first before arriving and despite being busy and swamped, Vanessa took a good measure of patience to do her due diligence for all her customers as I observed and understood why she's so sought after. She treats everyone with equal respect as a family relative or friend. I got the phone I like (a rare 💎 and non-mainstream item) and I'm one happy customer!

I would like to leave a review for the employee, Nicole from Store 7734. I went into T-Mobile, on a whim and only looking for an answer to a question I had. I wanted to see how much I would owe if I switched my current iPhone XR to an iPhone 13. Walking in, no less than 10 seconds and I was greeted by Nicole. Immediately was asked with what I was wanting. After some investigation on my account, Nicole informed me I had great credit with T-Mobile and provided down payments if I made the phone trade and I was blown away with the price. Again, with no plans for a new phone today…I proceeded to make steps into looking for the phone exchange that very moment. Nicole’s positive attitude and perfect customer service made the process worth it. Was provided plenty of options and accessories, all expressed in a way that I wasn’t forced to purchase all of them but she made me take my time to think if said item(s) were necessary for my needs. Which, made me happy. It’s been a while, since I’ve received such excellent & detailed Customer Service. Having worked retail for so many years, it was nice being on the other side of service as such. Nicole, definitely made T-Mobile feel like First Class. I hope the company recognizes her for her efforts that were over and beyond as well as rewarding her during these trying times. Thank you again, Nicole & T-Mobile.

The manager Julian aHalidtnd Halidt made my trip to this store THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Julian it's an amazing Manager, the store it's impeccable, he treated me like no one has done it ever THANK YOU JULIAN!! And Halidt it's a wooooow sales person, caring, friendly, kind extra well knowledge, just incredible. I am going back home with THE BIGGEST SMILE I EVER HAD IN A LONG TIME!!
