The guy helping me was great! I already know what I was looking for since I'm pretty good with technology and phones but he hooked me up with a great deal. I transferred my number from Verizon because I was tired of paying $120 for a phone. I got a Motorola g stylus 2023 for absolutely nothing plus a plan and activation for $76 and my plan will be $50 a month. Way cheaper than what I was paying with Verizon

It's ok, alit of their phones are lower end phones or older phones, I actually just got one and just paid my first bill outside of my activation bill so maybe u can call it my 2nd bill but they had me signed up for stuff that was costing me extra that I didn't want or need, I bought the phone and the plan from bsrboursville Walmart and I went to rt 60 Walmart to get a card for it and was unsure and the customer service rep sent me to the store by the route 69 Walmart which isn't even there anymore, but I finally found the store and the guy that helped me fixed it so my bills only 40 a month from now on and now on I can just go to Walmart and buy the 40 dollar card and be good, plus you have to pay more / extra if you go lay in store, but they have a large selection of phones cases accessories smart watches etc. So it's not bad... Plan on revisiting to see if I can get my Samsung Galaxy 4 classic watch activated thru them and if not see if they have them to get another one since my other is from att but I can't afford almost 200$ a month anymore for a phone bill and for a data plan for my Samsung watch.

Why does this guy close before 8pm? And NOT answer the phone? And NOT do his job right the 1st time? Had he did my phone would Not suck! I just want my money back! My iPhone 11 works better than the iPhone 12! The iPhone 12 will not hold a charge, I can’t call my child I will just Wait for the freaking Manager who does his damn job! And actually listens when ppl come into the store! If dude did his job right, well don’t let me even count the things he did Besides Yelling In My Face! I Will NOT Step Foot In This Store With A Person Who Yells At A Customer Nor Should You Implore someone like that!

Went there to upgrade my phone and told the sales rep I was referred here by metro for the lease to own upgrade service, which I am already qualified for. The sales rep had no idea what I was talking about and kept trying to sell me a phone I had zero interest in. The selection this store has is kind of horrible though not as bad as the customer service they offer.

Hope the owner sees this review went there to get a iphone 11 going to port over from cricket did not have any iphones 11 or moto 5 g stylus wasted time and gas think I'll stay with cricket store sucks and only one person working customer service not great either not a great place to buy a phone

Terrible service. Waited for 20 minutes or more and didn't get help. Didn't get greeted when we walked in the door. The worker basically acted like we weren't there and just talked on the phone the entire time.

I guess this place is not open on Sundays anymore. Even though it says the hours on the door, and on the internet, open Sunday 12-5. Was there at 1 and no one was there
