I recently went here to get my diaper bag embroidered. I was so excited to have this design done. I ordered the design on Etsy from a fabulous designer (who I have used before). When getting my bag back, I noticed the design was a hot mess. After confronting the owner about the job at hand her response was the design had too many details. Instead of her telling me it couldn’t be done she went ahead and ruined my bag. This was a $60 bag. To most that might not be much, but when you are on a one family income that is a lot. Not to mention I paid for the design and for her to do the embroidery. You can tell the design isn’t centered, one of the dogs isn’t the right color, the other dog is a hot mess, and the coffee cup isn’t even aligned. I use to work for this lady and trusted that she could do this design, and have enough respect to fix it for me if something were to happen. I am beyond frustrated. I will never use her again, and when someone asks me for someone for design work recommendations, I will steer them far far away from her. I would add pictures but it won’t let me.
