Item defective despite hardly using it. Did not even last half a year. Shipping costs more than the item and they refuse to honor the warranty if I don’t ship it back

Never buy a savremt product. One of their drives failed on me and the rma process was beyond horrific. Endlessly ignored emails. I finally got a response when I gave one person a bad review within their system. They called me AND GOT MAD AT ME FOR GIVING THEM A BAD REVIEW.

Why was I reaching out to them? I sent them an SSD that had failed and THEY LOST IT! I have absolutely no idea where it is to this day but there is a random SSD that I'm sure is fixable with personal data of mine.

Sabrent: never again.

Unità SSD di alta fascia guasta dopo 2 anni, richiesta la sostituzione ma rifiutata perché non registrata l’estensione di garanzia nei 90gg. Praticamente un prodotto che dovrebbe avere un’affidabilità pluriennale di almeno 5 anni se non più, si è guastato dopo poco tempo, questo è il risultato, indipendentemente dall’aspetto legale relativo alla mancata sostituzione del dispositivo. Brand sconsigliato sia per affidabilità del prodotto che per post vendita.
