My wife and I were in need of a washer and dryer. Alonzo (salesman) and Matt ( store manager) provided us exceptional customer care! Although it had snowed overnight, the delivery guys came out and delivered our products on time! They did an excellent job installing our washer and dryer.
The entire team at this store are to be commended for extraordinary customer service! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who desires to have quality

I have no bad run ins but I take care of my business on time. Each and every time I entered the store I’m greeted very warmly. Yes, at times it takes a long to be served, however I see clearly it’s because they are serving other customers and not just sitting around talking amongst themselves. So I checkout the new arrivals while I wait. Phone skills could use training. Other then that I’m completely in love with the service and staff @ Aaron’s on Nine Mike Rd Richmond Va.
