Cabana Blue Lakefront Sports Bar & Grill

I went to Cabana Blue for the first time. It’s a place I definitely want to return to. They are located right on the lake, with lakefront seating available. If you have a boat, you can dock next to the restaurant too. The night we went there was an 80s party going on. We had delicious drinks and food. I love that they offer a gluten free bun for the burgers and sandwiches.

Very open, great view, adequate parking, food and drinks were phenomenal. We went for brunch in January, but it was still comfortably warm inside.
Prices were fair. I got the chicken and waffles, I was told waffles were imported from Belgium then deep fried and drizzled with honey. They tasted as if an elephant ear and a waffle had a baby. The chicken was tender and juicy, while the breading was crisp and flavorful.
I'd love to go back and try their dinner.
As a side note:
The bathrooms are very well kept, they are up front in the vestibule. The tables are all tall with bar height chairs, wouldn't be very wheelchair friendly, cushions are comfortable though.

I atmosphere felt like I was in Key West! Stunning view & great breeze with all the open glass garage doors! 4 frozen specialty drinks on tap. I had the strawberry margarita which was perfect! Food menu was large with many options plus Gluten Free choices, that was nice to see! We shared the Queso & chips appetizer & I had the Johno's Fish Tacos broiled on corn shells ... SO tasty! Others I was with enjoyed their food as well. The service at the bar was fast & friendly. Was very happy with my experience!

Very cool place right on Lake St Clair. We went there by boat with another couple and we’re very happy to see lots of dock space out front. The food was good and the atmosphere was terrific.

Entered and put our name on the waiting list. Went to the bar and had terrific service. We were advised that our table was ready and sat outside. Awesome!! We ordered dinner and everything went accordingly. Food was warm and delicious! We will return. Thanks

Did not order food but their tropical drinks were amazing and not watered down at all. The sunset views are unbeatable. A great place to relax and socialize. Very thrilled to see a new and modern establishment in this amazing location.

This place is awesome every time we come here! While there’s always a wait, it’s worth it! Their food and drinks are delicious! Service is always excellent and the atmosphere and views are great!

Fantastic spot for an afternoon meal with the family. Wait staff was courteous, food was excellent, and you can’t beat the view from any table in the building. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful setting to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Sit at a table on the back patio or grab an Adirondack chair. We chose from the menu sandwich section and it was average bar food quality. Not bad but nothing special. I cannot comment on the entree menu selections.

First visit and definitely didn't disappoint. Great, friendly and fast service. Our waitress knew the menu and made great recommendations. The lake views are great and the garage door style walls make this an awesome open air bar/restaurant once it gets warm. This place will be THE summer hot spot on Lake St. Clair!

It was an amazingly warm and sunny autumn weekend! We chose Cabana Blue Lakefront Sports Bar & Grill for our date night. We arrived just in time for the stunning sunset over Anchor Bay. Excellent food and drinks. What a great way to spend the weekend!

Miranda was the best bartender ! Made great suggestions. We had the clam chowder - 9/10, and a Cuban sandwich - 10/10 !! This place will become a regular stop for us !! Keep up the good work !

They have a gluten free menu!! And gluten free wings!! Food was great, service was great, views are great! Right on the lake - tons of windows. Lots of outdoor seating. Clean bathrooms.

Atmosphere is upbeat, definitely a destination location right on the water. Go by boat or car. Hang out on the nicely landscaped yard and play an outdoor game or go inside and feast. We had the Cajun walleye and a steak. Both were outstanding. I’ll be back over and over again!!! Staff is cheerful and efficient!

Unbelievable venue! All I need now is a boat to pull up here this summer. It was standing room only this Sunday but the bar was still on their “A” game and got my drinks pronto. Great views off the back of the lake. Ready for summer!

When im out cruising Lake St. Clair on my jetski, this is the only restaurant I will stop at because they have gluten free options (I have celiac disease). Have never had a reaction here and the food is really good!

Cool vibe! Great food and drinks on the water! Open air dining with seating inside and out. Busy though, so plan for an hour wait during peak times.

WoW, what an absolutely amazing experience! The water, music, yard games. We had an hour wait. Turned out to be only about 20 mins. Dinner was wonderful and Hot, Fresh! The Staff is so nice out going and happy!

Went on a Saturday afternoon, and the specials were varied and reasonably priced. I had the 12 oz ribeye cooked expertly rare. The appetizers were all half priced. They also had drink specials. The view of the lake is spectacular, and I would like to go back during the summer and sit outside.
