When we walked in there was an angry customer who was being really weird& mean towards the employee, Luis. He handled it very well & proceeded to help us with a great attitude after the rude customer stormed off. He helped us out with a battery issue and got us a new battery in no time! I definitely recommend advance auto parts, ask for Luis to be taken well care of. Thanks man!

My car completely shut off at a red light in the middle of the busy intersection (I also had my 2 kids with me). Long story short, I was immediately helped by a woman named Yasamen, she asked where my car was, walked across the busy streets, jumped it with the jump box or whatever its called lol got it started, drove it to AAP. Yas let me know what was wrong and helped me from start to finish with a smile on her face and a few laughs, I was first in a panic but she really came through! She didnt have to go the extra mile but she did. Thanks Yas.

The good thing about advance auto parts is that they carries the OEM AC Delco parts for my general motors car, and I don't have to order it. Most auto part place want to sell a off brand name part for your car, and that will add to the problem. I'm a person that want things to be done right the first time, but putting the OEM part on your car. Advance auto parts is the place to get all your OEM quality parts for your car.
